I tried to call to see if I could get pick up my package because my packages have been getting stolen by the time I get out of work and I literally could not speak to one person not one person could I get on the phone? How is that possible?

Absolutely awful company who can't seem to get anything rightThey claim they attempted a delivery but they don't ring the doorbell at allThe redelivery feature doesn't work because they can't figure out that my address is the same address as the packageThis is flat out incompetency and they're not even doing their job. Unbelieveable

WHY is there ALWAYS ONLY 1 Window OPEN at this CITY Post Office on Saturdays?? EVERY single Saturday, the line is 10+ people deep whether you arrive when they open, mid shift, or 10 minutes before they close....WITH ONLY ONE WINDOW OPEN!!. I am typing this at 1100am on Saturday 12/23 while waiting in line with 11 people ahead of me, ONE window open, and now the guy behind the counter has DISAPPEARED!! Are you Serious???

I had to return an item I received in the mail and created a shipping label on the website and was going to print it out at the post office. When I got to the post office and asked the worker Susan where I can find the QR code for the label she told me to go to my account which I was already on and said “I don’t know how to help you. I need to help other people”. She didn’t even try to help me find a refund when I asked or anything. Susan is a terrible employee and very rude.

No problems when you go in with patience. Everything is taking care of STAFF is kind and great on giving help on shipping services the USPS provides. Pleasurable experience. Thank You!

Went to the post office. I had a woman name Susan tell my fiancé that she could not bring the stroller through the wheelchair accessible entrance said that she had to bring it up the stairs. Just terrible customer service from Susan try to deny me of my address, change and tell me that I had to bring another ID which another person there end up still putting it through and allowing my address change, seems like if you’re a person of color they try to hinder you from getting what you need done Would not recommend going there. Do anything you need to do online?

have had nothing but good experiences here. sometimes it gets real busy, but they always get the line moving. one worker might be slightly more pleasant than the other but overall they’re ALL really nice and i’m glad this is the post office closest to me. ♡

I came here today for an appointment for a passport application, the time is now 8:45 and they should be open at 8AM, but there's no one to be found. No sign on the door, nothing! People are outside lined up clueless waiting for them to open the store. A major inconvenience and disrespect to people's time. Do better!

I went to post office to send a box to a different country. Box weighted about 20 lb. I had a baby and a stroller plus a box. I came to the front entrance and looked for a ramp for strollers or handicap entrance. There was none in a front. I followed the sign and brought me in the back. I rang the bell for a assistance and post office clerk came out and opened the door. I told her I am here to send this box and I couldn't get in in the front of the building because I have a stroller. Clerk told me they don't have a handicap entrance or stroller entrance. I asked her what should I do and she told me I could leave a stroller here and then go in the front of the building so then I ask her how I can carry that box and I have a baby. She wasn't to happy and you could tell she was agrivated because I keep asking what should I do then. Then I asked her if someone could take that box and carry forme to the counter and I could go around and leave a stroller in a car. Then she just looked and took that box and said she will meet me up front. I then went to the car put stroller in and walked around again to go in. After all that I send a box. When she was helping me do all the sending process I felt akward and felt like she wasn't happy to help me because of all that happen about earlier with entrance. But i couldn't believe they building have no handicap entrance or any kind access for parents with strollers that need help.

No Rhyme or Reason for delivery time. Tax money wasted. Poor workforce. Poor employee quality. Unreasonable wait times. Failure to deilver packages. I pay for this service and yet I have no service. They deliver junk mail but not what I need. Bad hours of operation. Cant go to office to collect the package they fail to deliver. Disgusted by cusromer service. Wish my taxes paid for somthing else besides cars for employees. O out of 10 Trump should have removed this from opperation
