When I arrived, Felipe greeted me with professionalism, and Chris was a lifesaver. He was the only one to figure out why my phone numbers would not transfer to the Verizon network. Chris is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Chris, you're the best!!!

FINALLY....My wife arrived to the store extremely livid and Felipe was courteous towards her.
We had transferred our numbers to Verizon and after two days of not having our phone service. Chris delivered with professionalism and going above and beyond with his customer service.
Chris made it happened and had our phone service working. Chris thank you so much!!!

Felipe's customer service was 5-star excellent. His knowledge of everything tech and Verizon was very valuable. He explained all options and took his time helping with new phones. We watched him juggle several customers and phone calls while there alone, and never once did he get flustered or lose his professionalism. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this store.

I just was at Verizon and I needed a lot of help with getting a cell phone that was broken fixed ,I am not so good with that kind of stuff so a gentleman by the name of Chris helped me and he did such a great job I am so dumb and he treated me with such respect he made me feel very comfortable. I gave him five stars because all my needs were met and I definitely will come back to the store when I need to buy any more iPads cell phones or anything of that nature. I definitely recommend the Verizon in Taunton thank you.

Chris at Verizon was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and polite all 4 times we have been here to get new phones in the last year. Excellent customer service, very pleasant experience!
