Staff are so friendly all the time. I have never had to wait in line either. Small pharmacy, its nice because they are able to give you individual care and help. I really like this pharmacy and would absolutely refer anyone to it!!

I am MAP Certified The staff is friendly and nice. But when it comes time on knowledgeable on when medications will be in stock, or shortage, they know nothing, they rather say they don’t know then help to get someone medications. There is always 1-3 staff depending on the day and you be waiting for a while. Find a different pharmacy if you can. Not because the staff just because pharmacy itself.

My sister and I were so impressed with Allie's customer service at this Walgreens location, we needed to write a review. It was almost midnight and she and her lovely co-worker, were so helpful and kind. Allie was instrumental in helping me use my Walgreens points and kept a smile on her face during the entire transaction process. To be this close to closing and to deliver exceptional customer service, is rare in this day and time, as we wanted to share our wonderful experience. Thank you Allie. You were incredible.

Walgreens on Broadway has been my pharmacy for 4 years. I think the whole staff is greater than great!!! They check interactions and notify doctors in advance! Melissa the pharmacist excels at her job and goes to any length always! I'm giving 5 stars but believe they deserve 10 plus stars!!! They ALWAYS take time with me and any concerns I have. They are an example of how caring people treat each other!! Michelle O

Worst experience at a pharmacy. Had appointments for a vaccine, they called (identifying phone # did not say Walgreens) to say appointments were cancelled, when we called to confirm this cancellation they said come in now. We waited over an hour at the pharmacy for our vaccinations, meanwhile it was the MOST disorganized pharmacy I have ever experienced. Long waits backing up after us. Pharmacist was nervous giving the shot (the worst technique I've experienced). Glad it is not the pharmacy I get my medications, they were disorganized and didn't seem to know what to do. Very bad experience. Make your appts for vaccine somewhere else!

Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Never thought I would in a million years write a review for a pharmacy but the pharmacist Courtney and the woman working on 9/24 have no customer service. My prescription is ready after sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes, they made an error and instead of just taking a moment and fixing it they tell me to circle around and get back in line. Now the drive thru is even further back up. I go inside and suddenly it's ready again. I didn't want to go in originally due to the 50 people they have waiting for covid tests. No one is going to see this or care; it's just a pharmacy but god was that maddening
