Pharmacy told me on a Friday to call Monday for my prescription when I had the flu and they might have it. Might…. Isn’t that like what you guys do. Imagine walking into a bakery and they might have a cake 3 days later. Left me on hold for over 15 minutes doesn’t seem like they want to be bothered to do their job, probably avoid if I were you.

The pharmacy is so slow , they don’t have enough people working during the rush hour and just recently the drive up just happens to be closed after 6pm on a Friday!! this is unacceptable!!!

Tried to get Walgreens to refill my diabetes supplies and they said they were waiting for Medicare to approve for two weeks. They said they couldn't call Medicare and said I was on my own. Terrible!!! I went through the pharmacy at the Joslin clinic and they got the approvals in two hours and sent me the supplies in two days. The people at Walgreens just couldn't be bothered doing their jobs. Too bad for all, especially seniors. I hope Walgreens will respond to this but probably they will not because they just don't care. Not surprised they are going out of business.

Essentially everything here is overpriced, even for a convenience store. This trip received lower marks than usual as the coke and Pepsi products were mixed, and the clerk, Eileen, "helpfully" didn't print a receipt.

I can't believe the hassle from this pharmacy! As far as I'm concerned the managing pharmacist needs a reminder in ETHICS. Both pharmacists I talked to provided conflicting information as well. Long story short, my husband had a tonsillectomy and a uppp, he went back and forth with the pharmacy trying to fill his pain medication for an entire day, the surgeon even called the pharmacy and they still won't fill it. They're extremely unprofessional and rude. Now we'll more than likely going to end up in the emergency room tonight because they won't do they're jobs.

I stopped in tonight about 10 mins before closing to grab a few things. There were 3 girls at the front register and as I was grabbing my item's when one of the girls yelled at me that the store was closing and I needed to hurry, in the most rude and unprofessional way possible. No announcement about closing time was made and I was not aware of the closing time, but talking to customers like that is completely unacceptable. One of the girls left as I came up and I'm not sure if she was an employee or a friend of one of the employees but you can let a customer know the store is closing without being rude and offending the customer. Most stores will make closing announcements 15, 10 and 5 minutes before closing. I am now seriously considering switching to another pharmacy for my prescriptions and going to any of the convenience store around for any other needs.
