I requested a curbside pick up order and was alerted it was ready five minutes after I place the order. I head down, check-in, I’m the only one in the parking lot. Wait 10 minutes and nobody comes out so I give them a call to ask what time they close and they say nine. It’s a little past eight so I decide I’ll grab my sick child out of the car and go in just to grab it. Employees are sitting on the counter on their phones. My son had to say hello for them to acknowledge us. No sense of urgency or customer care
