“Very friendly staff, cute and clean shop.This shopping trip was a learning experience for me. As a 1st generation Korean-American who grew up helping her family marinate and grill Kalbi for parties, I never actually knew how to accomplish the first step of visiting a butcher to ask for meat. I learned that you should never assume that you're getting the "best" cut of meat they have available; rather, I need to know how to ask for specifically what I want.At the end of the day, I ended up with a new appreciation for good quality marbled meat, versus intermuscular fat. And Alpine Butcher has another loyal customer!”

The customer service is amazing as well, when I entered they were very polite and listened to my wants, unlike the other middle eastern market called Liban Dor. Halal Meats is my go to place for cheap items and tasty products.”

“Nice little butcher place.. was looking for picanha (sirloin cap) but they did not have any. The nice gentleman tending the place offered some other cuts and came home with 6 boneless rib eye steaks and two bags of marinated asparagus …lovely meat. Highly recommend this place”
