The brush before they send you through is optional if you request no brush.
Car pretty much gets a pre wash before the main wash guaranteeing a full clean car.”

“I stopped at the carwash on May 17th at 7:30 am (they open at 7). I punched the code for my prepaid wash, the gate lifted and I was now in line behind another vehicle. Unfortunately, the door never opened - even after she tooted her horn - so she went to the booth out front to find out what the problem was. Upon her return, she conveyed that the person responsible for opening the carwash had not shown up to work. There was no remedy offered, so I emailed Haffner's when I got home. Much to my surprise, I received a reply within a short time. The individual I dealt with apologized for the inconvenience (apparently, the employee's car had broken down on his way to work) and offered THREE free car washes for my inconvenience. I responded that I would take him up on that offer, as my car was covered in pollen. I also expressed my concern for the employee's hard luck - his absence was never my issue. Later that day, I returned to Haffner's where my 3 free (upgraded) washes were waiting. I was so impressed with Mr. Calabro's quick response in resolving this issue! I am not a fan of Haffner's; dropped their oil service years ago - but I won't soon forget this experience at their carwash. And in the future, I HIGHLY recommend their "The Works" wash - a game changer! :-)”

“I wish I took a before photo to show the state my car was in when I dropped it off. It was rough… now it’s so clean!!! Some stickers on the outside were also removed and you’d never know they were once there.”
