I would like to thank Tiffany C. for helping me upgrade to a more suitable unit for size and price. I was paying much more from a previous storage which had no lights in unit and a 20-minute drive from house. Now I'm 2-minutes away and much cleaner/lit/suitable for my needs.

I reserved online because I was concerned that there was no availability. I called in to the Tewksbury location and spoke with Tiffany. She was amazing! So grateful for her help: she was easy to talk to, took care of a reservation switch and gave me the unit I was looking for. Highly recommend.

Love this storage, clean, air conditioned the young lady who runs it is amazing. I have used other storage units that I had horrible experience, dirty and when I drove in I got a flat tire because they don't clean the driving area but not in this storage, you guys are amazing will never use another facility⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
