Joe was professional, pleasant very informative. Walked me through facilities. Made sure he took time to explain everything. Followed up with phone call to make sure I was all set. Facility is in impeccable condition. Extremely clean. Had carts available at no extra charge to assist with moving boxes etc. Great customer service! Tewksbury Cubesmart. Would highly recommend Joe!

Find another place. I found the manager here to be extremely unhelpful for my unit clean out. I was told one thing and but they did another. I have no confidence that they will be constructive in helping you. Try improving your customer service if you want to build customer loyalty. There are friendlier places.
