Mark is the pharmacist at this location, I travel two towns over from my local store because he is the kindest, most competent pharmacist who knows exactly how to answer medications questions and insurance as well. He is an asset and THE ONLY reason I stayed with CVS after some issues, his staff is also superb ?

Terrible they lose prescription info every month, claim they never received it to hide their incompetence. force you to call and call and call and call to make up for their incompetence. The worst part is their manager in response said then leave we have thousands of customers. Worst worst company ever and only made worse b/c they hire their lazy incompetent friends.

It’s not just at this location but all cvs locations. The new menu system doesn’t allow us to talk to anyone unless we leave a detailed message for a call back. Well I have left numerous messages and never get a call back. Also for non English speaking customers this menu option doesn’t help.

I have had several terrible customer service experiences at this cvs. Some of the staff are polite and helpful, but the majority of the staff act like customers are an inconvenience. Just today I went there to get a prescription and was waiting in line. They served the person in front of me and when I walked up the rude person at the cash register said, sorry we are closed for lunch. With no one behind me I said, my prescription is ready can you just cash me out? Her reply was, “no sorry, you can come back in an hour”. This Last time I will step foot in this store.

The R.N / N.P. in the Minute Clinic is a LIAR , She knowingly LIES about medicines being FDA APPROVED. ( when they are NOT) I warned her , told her she was wrong. Told her to read the legal disclosures, she REFUSED. She continued to Lie about Medical products being FDA Approved. Meanwhile the manufacturer of the medicine tells me before and after it is NOT FDA APPROVED. This is FRAUD AND MALPRACTICE. CVS DOES NOT MONITOR & REGULATE OR TRAIN AND EDUCATE the Registered Nurses. This means that The Community is NOT SAFE. You cannot trust CVS or its Nurses. I never got an apology.This CVS should be shut down, imagine how many injuries resulted from CVS's NEGLIGENCE.If you are a Laywer and need a legal statement from me against CVS and it's Negligence Please contact me. I documented this.

I'm not sure what happened to this pharmacy but they are extremely bad with their customers. I called for a refill there because the Wilmington one said there was nobody to fill my script and I could try in 4 hours. When I call this one, the girl yelled at me and said that wasn't true. She said I would have to wait the same amount of time for it there. That is the last time I will go to a cvs. Walgreens is much better. I wish I asked her name, so I could file a complaint.

Hands down WORST CVS location we have ever had to shop at. Repeated issues and bad experiences whenever we go there. Pharmacy staff is nice but everyone else is miserable and has zero regard for the quality of customer service they provide. My family is done shopping here, going to Walgreens going forward.
