I had a great experience at ECOAUTO! I contacted them on Thursday and was able to get an appointment the very next day. They provided a clear estimate, completed all the work on time, and my car now runs better than ever. The repair tech took the time to chat with me and even showed me things I never knew about my car and how to take better care of it. I truly appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable service—THANK YOU SO MUCH! I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs.

Recently bought a 2020 Tesla model 3 AWD Long Range. I went on a Saturday with my wife and the staff was very courteous and helped us test drive several cars that we were interested in. They were very knowledgeable as we were new to EV’s. I intend on coming back for another one soon!

Buying a car can be a stressful process, but these guys made it easy for me. I worked with Skip, Jean and Elmo and they all answered my questions and helped me through everything. Bought a 2021 Tesla Model Y and it is the best car I have ever owned.

Very easy experience! I bought a used 2023 Nissan Leaf. This is my first electric car, so the Eco Auto team went over all of the basics with me- how to charge it, what sort of maintenance it needs, and how to switch regenerative breaking on and off. The Eco Auto team took care of the car registration and helped me set up car insurance with my current insurance provider. Thanks to Chris and Gerson for helping me!

I received excellent service at Eco Auto. The Service coordinator Scott Patacchiola was super knowledgeable and he gave me helpful guidance RE how to best service my car going forward. When I arrived, the team was ready to work on my car right away. Hats off to Scott and the Eco Auto team for prompt and high quality service.

If your in the market for an EV then look no further than Eco Auto. They have a ton of Teslas and other EVs to fit your budget and needs. I called up Eco Auto and Elmo answered who happen to be the Finance Manager, he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I put in application in that night and he had me approved when I came in a day later. The car I originally wanted was sold by the time I got there but they showed me others. I took a Model Y and Model 3 for test drives and decided the Model 3 fit me better as of now. They went thru the car and gave it a good wash. I also bought the battery warranty which I highly suggest- anything goes wrong with the battery you can be looking at upwards of $6,000-$13,000 thru Tesla. This warranty has a $250 deductible I believe, so it's well worth having it.
They sent Phil to meet me at the DMV, one of his many duties there is to be a Runner for the DMV on top of a lot more. He had already waited in line for me before I could get up there ( I was running late) and he made the process extremely easy. Phile took me out to the car and opened up the trunk and there was a nice surprise in there, a Mobile Charger ($250 value), he told me when he noticed I didn't have one he went to the back and put it there before meeting me. Once we were done he and John (another employee) attached my plates and I was on my way!
I can't say enough good things about this place, they really made the process easy and have a great selection.
If you are on the fence at all or not sure where to buy from then look no further, why buy from a dealer that does not specialize in EVs? Eco Auto is the way to go! They will definitely have my business again when it's time to upgrade. A++

I worked with Chris and he was amazing. He knows Tesla cars inside and out and answered every question I asked. He got me a 2023 Tesla model Y AWD with every option including full self drive. Then they gave me a fair price on my trade and we finalized the deal. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to deliver it and that was fine because I needed a few days to move money around anyway. Jean was able to get me financed. He did sneak in a $1500 paint and interior protection warranty that we never discussed though. I didn’t realize that till I got home and went through the paperwork in detail. I didn’t say anything because it’s a good warranty especially based on some Tesla reviews so I kept it. That was all on May 24 and that started the new loan with my 1st payment due in 45 days. I picked up the car on June 9 and was thrilled. I took a week to learn it and found the dash cam wasn’t working. So on June 16, a week later I brought it back and service looked at it. Service also gets a five star rating! They are awesome. They weren’t able to fix the issue but recommended I go to a Tesla service and it would be covered under warranty.
But that’s also the day that was 7 days after delivery and also the last day I could legally drive it since they didn’t give me my new registration. I asked Jean about it and he seemed surprised that I didn’t have it yet. He said he would look into it and let me know. In the meantime they gave me a loaner to use so I wouldn’t get fined for being unregistered.
I edited this review because Jean and his team were very responsive and did everything they could to resolve the issues and help me out as best they could. I understand things don’t always go smoothly and issues occur. The good thing is they took responsibility, apologized, and fixed it. For that they also get 5 stars.

Scott and his team at the service department are the best. They took care of my car as if it was their own. They have way more options than Tesla Service center. So glad I made the call and trip to ECO Auto. When I buy another EV it will be at ECO Auto.

Great experience with Jean. Dealership had most EV models I was interested in. Exprence was great till car was purchased… there after not so much…. Delivery took 3 weeks to “service” and “detail” the car…. Most dealerships one can take delivery if not same day at very least the following…..

Bought a 2021 tesla model 3 in March and it’s my favorite car I’ve owned. Price was super reasonable and I got almost double the rebates that I expected to get. I didn’t know there wasn’t a charger included or I would have negotiated for one. But that’s my only tip. If you’re on the fence for a Tesla, just go test drive one. See if they can do a Full Self Drive demo because that’s way cooler than I expected it to be.
