In this store they don't give a SHIT! I went there to get a 24 inch led light tube. Was looking to replace old fluorescent with a new plug & play. So you don't need to rewire or remove ballast. Nobody around went to front desk & they page somebody. Nobody came, went back to desk & they repaged somebody & nobody came. Went back to that person to get manager. I herd her telling the manager about what was going on. She said he is getting somebody to wait over there. Well you guess what, nobody came. UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR & WHERE IT IS, do not use the tewksbury home depot. They could careless. Im going to OcConners hardware in billerica. You may pay a tad more but you get SERVICE & You're in and out with out STRESS & headache

Unless you know exact part numbers of things you are looking for, douche bags in this place will try their absolute best to not help you. I asked for a tool for particular purpose, the douche bag said go to tool section and he said "It will be there somewhere". No wonder there is so many one star review. Most of people who work here are both incompetent and lazy (deadly combination), yet they are getting paid at least minimum wage. Oh well, the lesson learned.My advice is that you should do research online and find part number. Then go here if urgent, or order from Amazon if you can wait few days.

went there to make a return the guy lost my receipt they said they will call me back but they never did and refuse to do anything about it now down 300 dollars

Shout out to Dick who is an employee that helped me today. Great employee, better guy. I was in search of Ryobi fan and he helped me look in probably 5 different places. We were unfortunately unable to find any in stock, but he looked in every possible place which even included going up on a step ladder to look at the stock up top. In a day and age where business tend to be understaffed and staffed by unhappy people, this was a great change in pace. Outstanding job on your hire.

I needed a new refrigertaor when my old one died. I bought a Whirlpool side by side. I have had nothing but issues. The refrigerator is less than 2 weeks old and I have had three installers here, problem still not resolved. The original installers didn't take the plastic off and screwed the door handles over the plastic. The second installer was great, installed the water, removed the plastic set it up. Now the door handles are crooked and it is driving me and my husband crazy. I want to return it but guess what? It is considered "cosmetic". It is defective, not cosmetic. Will never do business with Home Depot again.

Went there for a few years and then swore it off forever. Rented a nail gun here and it didn't work. Brought it back and the guy who's normally there with the chin hair, glasses and hat took it in to the back room where he shouted out to the counter that it worked fine. The shabbily-dressed, ill-mannered, homeless-looking woman at the counter refused to rectify the situation. When I told her I wanted to return the unused nails that I bought, with **a receipt** she said, "how do we know that receipt is from those nails"? Realizing I was talking to a rock, and positive this was the last time I ever give Home Depot another cent, I went over to customer service and said I wanted to return them and the fuel and they refunded me. I cut up my home depot card and threw it in the trash. Both Lowes and O'Connor Hardware run circles around this clown show. Look at the other reviews. The store's a nightmare and HD couldn't care less.

I must give a huge recommendation to Linda and her team in the paint department at Home Depot in Tewksbury. I'm remodeling my home, and have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there because of their service. What started out as great service soon became my go-to folks if I had ANY questions about where to find things.Carpet tacks? Isle 14. Contact paper? "Let me walk you over, it can be confusing." Her assistant Katya is extraordinary as well. Matching paint, finding the right tile adhesive etc. etc. I've NEVER experienced such consistent, competent and friendly service.

My sister and 3 year-old niece were in this location today getting keys copied. An older man who works there, named Dick, approached my niece and started touching her saying "aren't you a mischievous one". My sister, who is holding her at the time of the incident asked this man "please don't touch my daughter" and this man continued to do so anyways. When my sister complained to the manager not only did he immediately know which employee, but flippantly said "I'll talk to him."Needless to say, don't bring minors in here because they may be assaulted. They're obviously doing nothing about this disgusting behavior and if it's happened before it will continue to happen in the future.

Home Depot tewksbury Returns ,Some of people working in that dept don't know what co. Policy is. Wind up with story credit instead of merchandise going back to cc. because wife said she didn't have receipt, but did have cc which she offered up twice. So know have to pay for orginal merchandise on credit card and am locked into spending store credit at hd . And on top of it all THE LADY WAS SO F..ING RUDE . When I asked her about it cause I know if purchased w / credit card I don't need receipt...... IDIOT'S or do we blame it on covid , also

I went to the garden center at 11:30 on 8/30. The prices are fair and the guy working in the 3 for $12 area is helpful. He asked me if I need any help to find a particular plant when I was wandering there looking for catnip. There was no catnip plant in the store at that moment and he showed me the catmint they have and shared the differences. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will go back again.
