“They offer an amazing machine that gives u a brake down of everything! Body fat , water , bone density, etc …It can tell u if u favor one side over the other ( walking or even or if ur posture needs work . This sports club is designed for anyone with the desire to do better and live a healthier life style! The staff is friendly and welcoming; not only that but the work they do with their community to me is everything ! Thank u guys! Ps: sister gyms with Arlington makes it great when I’m visiting friends , I was able to go into the gym in Arlington without any issues.”
