The place was clean. The staff were friendly. But they had a hard time telling us where to find irrigation repair parts. Went through four employees before we got good directions.

I am always happy in Home Depot! You can always fid me in the lumber section as I love the look and feel of wood!
This store did not disappoint...
I was truly impressed with the variety of flowers in the nursery and those on sale. The marigolds were gloriously glowing out front. Inside the zz plant and other plants were simply beautiful. I stopped at the packets of seeds before I went to my favorite place...lumber...I bought some pieces for my project.
The store assistants were awesome! Seriously! Very helpful folks. When I return to Lowell, I will be driving a truck as I and committed to getting the plants fir my front porch!

All the other store assistants were kind and helpful, regarding an issue with the stump grinder I rented except for "Mark" ( big Mexican looking guy, can't miss him) the rental assistant. He needs to have a better attitude and educate himself on using tools at his job or he can find a position where he requires to sit all day and do nothing.

We found everything for construction, renovations, and other departments—an excellent location. The fastest concrete purchase so far: no wait, went in, made the purchase, drove to the back, and had a forklift operator ready. The concrete was loaded in seconds. Pleasant and fast service. I ordered a DeWalt 60V online and picked it up in 2 hours. The free battery made it an incredible value.

Louise was fantastic!! She was friendly, pleasant and knowledgable. I had a 15% off coupon that seemed to be invalid but she still honored the 15% off! Amazing customer service— she deserves a raise! Thank you Louise!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I recently purchased from Home Depot an equipment with the understanding that returns were accepted, as a member assured me. However, when I attempted to return the item after like 4 days of purchase date, I was met with resistance from manager JEFF, who refused the return despite the product being new and undamaged.
This inconsistency in policy and the poor treatment from JEFF left me extremely dissatisfied. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and adherence to what was promised. I hope this feedback encourages Home Depot to improve their customer service standards.

I went there to return the equipment, But the manager JEFF didn't talk nice to me. I went to another home Depot and they took it with very nice reception.
Please JEFF you still need training how to deal with customers and the policy of home depot.

This place has the worst managers I've ever seen in my life! Very disrespectful! Alot of the employee are on there phones or doing nothing and don't even want to help the customer! I give them alot of business but I think it's time to switch over to lowes!

Had a pretty weird experience here.
I was trying to return 2 tools which I used for 5 minutes and decided they were not good for me. I checked the return policy and understood it had 90-day policy. I went to returns, and the manager told me they are not accepting anything that is open/used and the tools have 30-day return policy, which by no means shows on their website. I didn't bother to argue and left. In a few hours I returned after I confirmed online again, and told one of the associate your 30-day policy is outdated and guess what, he completely ignored me and kept doing his work... lol...
The managers need to resign. A completely chaotic place with poorly trained associates.
