They arrived early, and Micah clearly explained the process, reviewed pricing upfront, and carefully assessed all items to ensure proper disposal under Massachusetts regulations. They also checked with me before removing anything to make sure I didn’t want to keep it.
Above and beyond their scope of work, they brought in a heavy item I had received the previous day that I couldn’t lift myself, and Micah insisted on sweeping out the cleared basement space, including removing remnants of cardboard boxes stuck to the cement floor from old water damage.
I had been unable to use a large portion of my basement for years due to holding unwanted items for a family member, and it had become a significant source of stress. Micah was a consummate professional, and his years of experience in the business were evident from the moment he arrived. I can’t thank him enough.”

They were, hands down, the best moving team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The crew was on site on time, staffed and ready to go for our move. We had a few surprise items that they made room for, and all of our equipment was treated with care and moved without a scratch on it or the building it was located in. Brian was our main point of contact and had great insight on safely moving everything, he even went the extra mile to build a ramp at our location to get it all moved in through a non-optimal setup. The team on site; Tim, Alwyn, Marcos, John and Collin, were all kind and professional, working quickly to get our entire move done in around 4 hours. The driving skills to maneuver the truck into the right place down an alley and behind a building are reason enough to hire them! Every member of the team was helpful and willing to go the extra mile to finish the job. I cannot recommend Sterling enough for the move, ask for these guys specifically! They worked together like a well oiled machine and made moving thousands of pounds of equipment look easy.
From start to finish the entire hiring process was simple and streamlined. Kevin was prompt and informative through email and coordinated our move in just a few days time. The price point was also fair and very competitive based on other movers and well worth it.

“Contracted with Troy's movers after having previously used them for a local move a few years ago. Still impressed with Troy and his team. Troy took the time to meet up front to understand exactly what needed to be done. He scheduled a team of three movers who worked efficiently throughout. On the scheduled day, they arrived on time and handled all items they moved with great care. In the end, the final invoice came in under the original estimate, which was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend Troy's to anyone looking for a highly responsive and responsible moving team.”

“I moved mid July 2025. The most incredible experience! They treated my furniture with such care, wrapping & packing every piece for maximum protection. The guys were pros, fitting my couch thru the smallest doorway was my biggest fear. They popped it right thru without any effort-I’m still amazed!! Also it was a beastly hot day & they worked so hard to get the move done in record time. Afterward they were very happy to move things into their desired places. I can’t recommend this company more!! “Nancy was a lifesaver for us. We had to move my mother quickly to assisted living and clear out her townhome which was a mess. None of us children had the time or emotional energy to do this. Nancy quickly, efficiently, and compassionately took care of everything - from packing, to recommending what to do with items, to picking-up all items and disposing of trash. She understood exactly what we were going through, what needed to be done, and then took care of it. We didn’t have to worry about anything. She’s a godsend. “AJAX Moving was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond in assisting with our two office moves. Everything went seamlessly and all our requests, even our "particular" ones were met. All our items were moved undamaged and put exactly where we asked them to be. The personal service was impeccable as the owner, Alex, was very communicative each step of the way, even at "off-hours" and was personally on-site whenever there was activity. The owner accepted any task we asked of him without making us feel as though we were inconveniencing him or his crew. They even happily mounted a TV on a wall of one of our offices.
