Watch out for Walmart's bait & switch tactics! I bought something on walmart.com. The item looked different in person than it appeared online so I tried to return it. The link for returns didn't work on their website so I messaged them & requested a shipping label. They said my transaction went through a third-party seller & I needed to contact JoyBuy Marketplace. Who?!? Walmart is the only name on my order confirmation, packing slip & credit card statement. Without my knowledge or consent, Walmart gave my credit card info to a company in China. I waited 3 days for that seller to reply to my request for a shipping label. They said I had to go to the store to return the item. The nearest Walmart is 25 miles away which is why I shopped online in the first place. Having no choice, I brought the item & my receipt to the store, expecting a refund on the spot. I was told refunds take 2 weeks from third-party sellers. That policy is shady & ridiculous. Lesson learned to never buy from Walmart.com. At least with eBay or Amazon, shoppers know the seller is a third party and they can read their reviews.

Once again... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGEMENT! I know now as to why you see these managers getting switched from one location to another. Reason for that is because each Walmart realizes they are horrible at their job so they get dumped somewhere else!

This Walmart is insanely slow. I waited at the dressing room for 30 minutes after speaking to 5 people about someone coming over to help us. This is crazy use to be my favorite normal walmart.

Vision center charged me $60 for a contact lens prescription I did not want. I only wanted an exam for eye glasses, I specifically said I didn't want contacts. When I complained the Dr. refused to give me a full refund, she only gave me 50% back. So they stole $30 from me for a contact lens prescription I will not use. Good job Walmart, you lost a sale on 2 pairs of frames & lenses and a customer for life.

Been calling for over and over for 30+ minutes to speak to someone about some items that the cashier forgot to put in my bag. No one answers or it rings forever. Extremely upset. Wouldn't recommend this Walmart. Go elsewhere.

i would put 0 stars but i have to put at least 1 to post . the security here is udderly disrespectful i came with 15 minutes left till close being well aware the second i stepped foot into the store the "security" was harassing me that the store was about to close and only attacking me and my wife knowing there was multiple people around. so ridiculous fr

Shopped and was pleased when I was able to check-off everything on my list. Upon check-out ONE PERSON to check you out. Self check-out had 25 people in line. We had 3 people ahead of us. Waiting 1/2 hour in line, once it was our turn cashier told us I AM CLOSED. I said you can't close you are the only one open. Where is the manager I asked. He said he went home. There were now 8 people behind me. Once again we waited and I said I am not leaving this line until I speak with a manager. Again there is no manager in the store. Light is off at check-out. It is 7pm and basically we are being told SORRY YOU CANNOT purchase your items. I went over to the return counter and there were 2 people standing there with nothing to do. I asked if they could check us out and they said we don't have any bags. I said I don't care about bags. We got checked out by the return counter. If I could give ZERO I would.

Very bad customer service. I greeted one of the door greeters and she had a unpleasant look on her face with not the best attitude. ALL customers should be treated with respect and should be acknowledged with a good attitude.
