Last summer, I walked in, chose my vinegars, had the store ship to me. The incorrect vinegar arrived and I was dissapointed to state it mildly.
Told them about it this summer, they made it right?!!! This stores management is wonderful. The customer service here is what customer service is supposed to be. 👍🏽
I am a customer for life. (I do suggest the white summer peach vinegar)

Visit the store every year. They have some of the nicest kitchen stuff . All the new gadgets love going there and checking everything out and updating my own kitchen prices are reasonable.. staff is friendly. I always have parking over by where the ferry comes in.

This is my favorite kitchen and home store in the world. I have lived many places and look forward to my visits at LeRoux to find unique, high-end, exceptional quality home items. I buy the spices to restock my pantry each year, swear by the kitchen utensils, and love to get gift cards for friends and family because there is something for everyone here. Everything is priced well too!

Or how to repel customers at 10:00 in the morning!!! ? UN-BELIEVABLE!!! It might be a beautiful boutique, but I will NEVER shop there. The woman at the counter was the grumpiest person we met on the island… I wasted 5 minutes of my life in there! Shame on you Madam!Sadly, that confirms a review from a year ago… what’s with the attitude??!

Every time I walk downtown in Vineyard Haven, I almost have to stop myself from ambling into this beautiful store. They seem to have, quite literally, the most extensive and comprehensive array of kitchen tools. Whatever you seek, you will find it here! A favorite spot of mine on the island for sure.

Great selection of household goods, kitchen, rugs, pillows, and more. Manager/employee was not friendly or welcoming, we decided we could go online to buy and not have to deal with attitude.
