Everyone I have come in contact with at MV Autoworks (yes you Angel and Tony) is helpful and genuinely personable. Their estimates are done quickly and the team works well with insurance companies for repair costs caused by an accident. Their communications with clients are spot on with the timing for appointments and updates.
Last but not least the billing is done in a highly professional way with well detailed entries of the work completed and also work that needs to be done.

terrible mechanic. they “fix” your car just to have more problems come up for them to charge you for. the. they don’t pay attention to your description of the problem, and blame you for their incompetence and inability to listen. go elsewhere!

This time it was just a scheduled maintenance / oil change, but we have been using MV Autoworks for all our car repairs for about 15 years. They have always been good at communication, estimating cost and time, and of course the work has been super. Courteous and professional all the way!

We live on an island so any car repair/service is expensive, but MV autoworks took good care of my car. I found them to be very communicative and responsive and the car was finished when they promised.

The jury is out and on whether they get a good(honest) review. And one star becomes five. The expression..” do the right thing” when you cannot complete the agreed/expected repairs at a fair price is appropriate in this situation….. Stay tuned. I’ll keep you all posted here and all social media

After service was done, the interior overhead light was left on , which I was unaware of and the battery( recently new) was dead when I went to use the car after a few days.
