I was in this store and found the employee to be rude and dismissive. I bought two sale items and wanted to return one the next day and was told sale items are not returnable. I inquired where on the digital receipt (no hard copy receipts were offered) did it state that. There was no sign in the store with return policies either. The sales person responded with a snarky tone 'that usually all sales items are returnable'. I returned the item and will never shop there again. Maybe they cater to different type of customer and I didn't appear to fit that mold.

Total pretty woman experience: . Went in, saw a blazer that just had my name written all over it. The women asked if she could help me, I asked if I could try it on. She responded “are you planning on buying it ?†I said well if fall in love with it (which I had by then) and she said “ well is it even your size? “ it was extremely strange and rude, I felt judged and insulted. I am totally the type to splurge on something special such as this, and if I had been treated better would have most likely done so.... I still want this blazer, but will find it elseware.
