This WAS the best UPS store on the planet. Staff left and owner not doing a very good job at customer service. Lines and lack of overall knowledge of operation. Old staff was amazing ! Tom, Bryanne and Haley bent over backwards to help customers. Now it’s not the same place. If you’re in a rush, skip it until the new staff gets their legs under them.
Mike, I get your point but you are missing mine. It's a friendly community, jump in.
Update...Had a nice talk with some staff, looking forward to the changes settling in. Standing by for adjustment and acclimation.

There is new management and the customer service is poor. The prices are shocking. The old staff was wonderful, helpful and fair pricing. I would not recommend going here for packing or printing services. Go to the Mail Room in Edgartown.

What a joke. The website says they open at 7:30 AM — they don’t. It’s 9:00 AM, with no updated info, no sign, and no apology. I wasted 40 minutes of my morning and gas for nothing. Total disregard for customers’ time. If you can’t stick to posted hours, at least update them online. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Here's a thankful note for Lin (I think is his name). He is a UPS delivery driver here in MV and aways delivery packages at my work (Edgartown) and tells us where he put and give us a greeting always with a full smile on his face. Thank You!

Friendly, efficient, community-oriented, caring and cheerful. This place is my second office while on island, helping with notarizations, printing, shipping/receiving, supplies, etc. Simply the best UPS store I have ever worked with.
