The phone is always busy! If you need to renew your prescription, your best solution is go directly to the pharmacy, ask for it, and then get it refilled the next day!! Ever since Leslie’s Pharmacy closed this has been a terrible problem

Best pharmacy on the island, with an incredibly friendly staff, who are always there to help.

Do not use this pharmacy if you need paxlovid. They do not stock it and did not transfer my prescription in a timely fashion. Now another day has gone by without me being able to get my medication.

The parking was easy and the over the counter and miscellaneous kids' toys for sale were fairly priced. If you have a short waot for your script, walk over to the little mall a bkock away with Catboat cafe and come back.

Amazing customer service!! My daughter went on vacation with another family and forgot her medication. I called Vineyard Scripts from Virginia to figure out if they could help. Kelly cheerfully informed me that she could contact our pharmacy and get it filled in one day. She just needed some info from me. This stressed mom was floored by how easy it was. Kelly called our local pharmacy to fax her what she needed, and the medicine was ready for my daughter to pick up the day she arrived. This teacher-mom gives Vineyard Scripts an A++!

Seriously though- this place is a bastion of small business pharmacy. It’s so cozy and friendly. I recently moved back to the Vineyard after 11 years of dreadful CVS and Walgreens experiences. Really brought me so much joy to receive personalized attention from the staff here. Definitely the best pharmacy on the island.

We’ve been here multiple times over the years and have always been impressed with VIneyard Scripts. The after hours prescription filled this years from an emergency room visit was ready the next morning during business hours. Please be patient with this valuable Island resource as we saw people acting as if this was a public health clinic.

Thank you VS! Doing a great job getting my scripts transferred from CA and refills from multiple doctors. Always helpful and kind. Got flu shots here too this year. Very grateful to have them close by. Great location, lots of other goodies stocked on shelves as well. Bad first review makes me wonder what the heck is wrong with them. All pharmacies have waits and issues and it an island. Stuff happens. One star. Really? These guys rock.

I just came home yesterday from MGH after having given birth to my twins. A prescription was sent to Vineyard Scripts and I completely forgot what time they closed on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. Today I got a call from Dave asking me how I was feeling and if I needed my prescription for my post c-section. Not only did he offer to stay until my husband could come pick up my prescription but he also added a gift for the twins and my 3yr old son. Every step of his kindness brought me to tears. From the bottom of our families hearts, thank you.

I don't care what anybody says... the reason certain mom and pop shops go under is from consumers waiting 45 minutes for a prescription consisting of less than 10 pills. If I could give Vineyard Scripts zero stars I would. We called ahead to ensure our script was being processed. It was. We arrived when we were told. We were then told it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes passed. Then fifteen more. Then ten more. Even in the time of COVID, I can't fathom how we could lose an hour of our lives due 100% to incompetence for a script you can literally count on your hands.
