Perfect day to get out and rent a Sol sailboat on the pond. Great boat and top notch service. Had the boat rigged and ready in a matter of minutes. One of the best ways to enjoy an afternoon on the vineyard!

Great place!! We had a group of ~10 people take out kayaks and one sail boat. Had a great time going all around the cove and exploring, and the shop keeper was friendly in helping us get set up quickly (and take a few pictures).

Hi! If you are looking for any type of water sporting you must come here! As an annual visitor, it is always a must do every time we are on the Vineyard! This trip we went paddle boarding two days in a row and it was just amazing! Jeff and Peter were both so kind and attentive, answering any questions we had! The first day we came with no reservation and were able to be accommodated with no issues! We have kayaked and sailed too— also exquisite. You must come to Winds Up!

Wouldn’t recommend for a “surfshop” if you’re wanting to surf in the vineyard. Owner had little to no information on the surf in the area. Boards were really beat up. Also overpriced for renting boards, not worth the time and money.

Nice people working there. Nice equipment and the lagoon is a great body of water. We kayaked yesterday and will be sailing on the sloop today.

Excellent service and convenient to make reservations. 3 of us go kayaking and paddle boarding every year. It is a great experience.

They were very responsive, helpful loading the paddle boards on our car. Very friendly staff. Had an excellent time in Martha’s Vineyard out on lagoon pond.

Staff and equipment were excellent, we rented paddle surf boards and had an awesome time. All was perfect…. Thanks we plan to rent again soon!

The lagoon is a nice, large area for sailing and we had a great time. Boat was clean and everything worked as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. Reserve online in advance.

Everyone is so nice and all of my experiences there have been fantastic. The lessons are very informative and I’ve learned a lot. Great spot on the water too! Absolutely loved it, I very much recommend for a great family experience!!
