  I was in urgent need of a restroom & I believe the attendant's name was Jerry. He quickly directed me where I needed to go. I didn't have much hope for a gas station restroom, but to my delight the facilities were clean, maintained well & in good working order. After I finished I just popped my head in to thank him & let him know how clean & fresh smelling everything was and to advise I had used the last of the tp. I was just so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness & excellent service for a quick restroom stop. I'll definitely return for more than the restroom in the near future. Jerry has gained a customer today.👍😄

  Same experience. These backwoods thugs need to get a life. Literally parked the car and was instantly accosted. I hope local government knows this place gives your town a bad name. And I was planning on also purchasing gas after using the bathroom.

  Similar awful experience here as others asking to use the restroom. Fine if a business says they don’t have a public restroom, but the two gentleman working were so incredibly rude about it. When I left they followed me out to my car and said we are going to call the cops on you and have you arrested. For asking to use the bathroom at a gas station. Really?!

  I would give this place a zero if I could. The people here are awful and very unkind. They have a restroom, but they don’t allow you to use it the couple times that I did use it. They forced us to buy many items. I can’t believe how bad the customer service. Everyone is extremely rude and terrible. I would never go here.

  Was trailering my boat on in Topsfield Ma and saw smoke coming from a wheel on the trailer. Pulled in to Topsfield Service station. No appointment and they started repair immediately. Very friendly and helpful.

  Don’t come here if you have to go to the bathroom. Although there is a sign off the highway, as another reviewer stated, it’s miles down the road to the right no additional signage indicating which direction to go when you get off the exit. Although there clearly is bathroom on the right side of building (for employees-as I saw a tall white young man- who is either a local or who must work there use it) it apparently is off limits to the public. I asked a man at the desk working there, what if I buy something? His response was that we still can’t use the bathroom. I had myself, a senior with disabilities and 3 children needing to use the bathroom. The owner, management and team should be a shamed of themselves. I’ll never recommend anyone to buy from this gas station.

  There are 2 full service pumps and a small sign that says so. If it is I’ll service the gas station worker SHOULD be up on their feet and put asap. Sadly our experience was not like that. After waiting a minute or two We ended up pumping our own gas since not once did anyone come out to correct us, and when we were done that is finally when the worker came out and practically told us it’s our fault for starting to pump.There was AMPLE time for him to greet us before we started.He then goes to say “people do it all the time” so doesn’t that mean you should be putting more effort into stopping this from happening? They are robbing customers of their money

  Worst gas experience I’ve ever had. Their card readers sucks.

  No public restroom. Far from interstate.We drove a good deal off the highway to get to this location. Information sign on highway did not indicate the distance needed to travel to arrive at this location or indicate that there are zero restrooms available. Very inefficient use of time.

  Extremely rude! My daughter needed fresh air and was feeling sick. He threatened to call the cops on us. If you’re going to advertise on 95, maybe you should have a public bathroom.
