He showed us what was needed to make the repair and gave instructions on how to do it. My husband had to go back a couple of times to get additional materials. William was there helping my husband every time. He went above and beyond! Everything my husband needed was in stock. The job got completed. Thank you William!”

I leased a washer and dryer from the Fitchburg, MA location and Jose and Devan came to deliver it, I live on the 3rd floor and the stairways and very narrow and they did it with a smile were very careful with the set and got them hooked up very efficiently, also had to deal with putting the hoses thru a strange set up in a door that is in my extra room, they did it and it came out great, thank you so so much I am one very happy customer ??? He did not push me to purchase new. Gladly called Bali company and was as happy as i to find out there was a warranty. I would ask for him again if needed help in his areas of expertise.
