“Incredible team there. Worked with me when my insurance wanted to take a shortcut and just patch the sheet metal. They truly care about the customer and making sure their car is perfect and taken care of. When ordering the door for replacement they received multiple damaged doors in freight which probably could have been fixed and put on but they kept ordering until one came in they felt comfortable with putting on. They treat your vehicle as if it is their own. Highly highly recommend!!”

Millennium Yellow is a very hard color to blend & match to 20+ year old paint, so it took slightly longer than originally expected, but they nailed it. 10/10 will be bringing my other corvettes there when the time is right.”

I note that the negative reviews don’t mention the quality of the workmanship. I can tell you not only did they deliver my vehicle to me ahead of schedule, but the workmanship is top-notch. From Carl to the front office, to the people who worked on my truck in the shop It will be hard to find a better auto repair shop that is run so well top to bottom. It’s the attention to detail and the professionalism that I value more than anything. “This company is a joy to work with. When you get in an accident, the last thing you want to deal with is lazy repairs and difficulty in dealing with insurance and transparency problems. They fixed my car in a timely, thorough, and complete manner and kept me fully up-to-date at every stage. I had daily updates with hidden damage findings and a fully itemized receipt of all work performed. My car was returned to me looking better than it did off the lot. They also organized my rental car and did everything on premise. 11/10.”
“Groton Collision Repair is the best! My ex drove it into another car and he took it to his friends to “fix” it. They made the passenger side door able to open, but left it pretty banged up. I brought it to Groton Collision and they said I needed a new door and fender, and I told them I needed her back by Thursday. On Wednesday morning she was ready to be picked up, AND she was so clean (& her rims were sparkling). They also buffed out some scratches on my driver side door for free. Thank you guys so much for fixing up my Lexi! :)”
“It was nice to visit a shop that people are actually honest with you about what is wrong with your vehicle and not trying to make you spend more money for things that are not wrong with your vehicle. So far things are working as was stated to me they would be and if there were any issues to call or come by immediately with my vehicle so they could help me with any issues that occurred.”

“I had such a great experience at Fine Lines Auto Body! I brought in a replacement exterior door handle piece that I had purchased on eBay, expecting that the whole door panel might have to be taken apart to install it. Patrick took a look at it, figured out how to replace just the plastic piece, and had it installed in about 5 minutes!
I didn’t have an appointment, and he was kind enough to help me right then and there. Best of all, he didn’t charge me anything! I really appreciated his willingness to help, his knowledge, and how friendly and professional he was.
It’s not often you find a business willing to take the time to help someone with a small job without trying to make money off of it. I’m very grateful and will definitely keep Fine Lines Auto Body in mind in the future. Highly recommend!”
“Not enough stars to give them the rating that they deserve so I highlighted the five. There isn't a better towing and recovery company in the region than Aldrich towing and autobody. What started out as a business relationship has become a long term business relationship and friendship. They are very reasonably priced and do not take advantage of me like other companies have in the past. They have bailed me out numerous times and never once have I ever asked what the price is going to be because everything they do is so incredibly fair. Even when it has been an insurance claim the adjusters told me that they were very reasonably priced. Angel Aldrich the owner has created a culture in his business of helping people especially when you are having a bad day and down on your luck. Always willing to help and I can't tell you how many times they have saved my a**. Not a greedy person like most other big wrecker big ego extortionist crooks in the area. This company defines integrity and just do the right thing when people are in need. There have been countless times when the owner has personally come out in the middle of the night (still smiling and joking around in the middle of the night) and billed us hundreds for a job that could have been thousands. To compare and contrast they drove from Fitchburg to Worcester one time and billed me $400 for their big wrecker for a quick job that didn't involve actually towing us . Had I called the crooks that were 30 minutes closer it would have been $5,000+
To compare and contrast, Another company charged me almost $1,000 to tow a trailer 500 feet up the road to their shop and then held my equipment hostage for days and arbitrarily made up rules and reasons to charge me more and more money while causing me to lose days of work when I had a young family relying on me. Thank you so much Angel and company for always being there over the years and doing good by me and also the community, you are one of the most fair and honest businessmen I have ever come across in the fifteen years I have been in business.
