My clothes dryer started to make funny noises and when I heard metal on metal I knew there was a problem. I reached out to Forest Appliance because I had heard so many good things about them. They promptly returned my call, was at my house the next day to fix it and Justin was very professional, efficient and kind. And, I was charged a very fare price. Thank you so much!

I am so disappointed because over the years and it made it very simple what they are doing when I ordered hood fan for my stove, the hood where it has the fan it’s silicone they painted it over. It’s not a new hood and it’s peeling. painting it over with silicone black silicone they should be ashamed of themselves that can fall into our food and make us sick that’s particles from silicone off a hood or soap that can make you sick. Shame on them. selling people old stuff and they’re painting it over with silicone

Derek Lundeen is fantastic. He returns calls promptly, he comes to fix the problem promptly, he explains why the washer us working, his price is very reasonable and he and assistant were really polite and friendly. In contrast, I called multiple other services who didn't call back including one who had previously done great work on the same machine- I called them 3 times but no call back. Go with Forest Appliance- you won't be disappointed.

$135 to get to the house in the same town,$100 per hour to troubleshoot and fix the washer plus whatever the motor cost and materials.

Forest Appliance repaired my washing machine a month ago. Putting in a new part (I have no idea what), and it broke again. They came back out, no charge for the service call, and determined different part, the main board, was broken. It didn't make sense to replace that part on an older machine. I was satisfied I had been treated fairly but then Derek called and he is refunding the money for the part. I really was not expecting that at all. I can assure you I will use Forest Appliance again.

Highly recommend Forest Appliance! They sold to us and installed a microwave yesterday, and it looks awesome! Delivery crew went above and beyond normal efforts, as they installed a backsplash that fit our tight dimensions perfectly! Thank you very much!

Forest Appliance is fantastic! My dryer was acting up and they came highly recommended by a ton of locals. Scheduling was quick and easy. Derek arrived the very next day in the scheduled window. He was professional, friendly, clean, respectful and he really knows his stuff. I even got some free education! I can't recommend these folks highly enough. My dryer seems brand new again. I hope I don't need appliance repair again any time soon but when the time comes, I know who I'm calling!

Competitive prices and great customer service. I was thrilled with how customer oriented Forest Appliance is. They were transparent with their pricing adjustments, and found an appliance that fit my needs right away. I was able to leave them with a key to my house, and they took care of appliance removal and installation while I was at work, and within a couple days of the initial conversation. I was left with some feedback and a physical bill, and simply had to call their number to pay the bill with a credit card. They offer other payment options if needed, whatever is best for the customer. Overall great experience, and I will be back when I need another appliance replaced/ installed!
