I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am to Azha at the Townsend store for helping us navigate the complications from transferring from our old provider to Verizon network on our new phones. There were technical difficulties that would give anyone a headache.
Azha stayed patient, attentive, obviously he knows his stuff and he got us through it.
I will be sure to recommend him and the staff (Kate) support at this store.

Stopped in for questions about possibly upgrading soon. Luckily For me, the offer was good enough and was ending soon enough to do it today. Kaitlyn helped me a lot between the sale and then transferring my stuff for me. I dropped off the phone completed the sale within about 10 minutes and then I left my phone for an hour came back and everything was done for me! Thank you so much.

Caitlyn is amazing- she knows her craft that's for sure. If you go to this store deal with Caitlyn! She will make sure your stuff gets done correctly and in a timely fashion AND she will entertain you with her wit and humor (and beauty!!) thanks so much! I will be doing every phone here from now on- unlike Nashua or Leominster where they hand you the phone and don't help you do anything to transfer your stuff- and if you don't know a password they won't help you - she did !

Awesome staff here- Caitlyn knows her stuff. My charging port stopped working and I need it for my maps to work correctly. I was going to do an insurance phone but an upgrade was the better option. She got all my stuff transferred over. I came back after 50 minutes everything was done for me. Thanks so much!

Store manager Caitlyn Stone really impressed me. She offered a number of options to maximize my savings and still help solve my reception issue. So far the S25 she suggested is working better than the ol flip phone lol. Caitlyn's natural friendliness prompted other issues to come up and be resolved that visit. Thanks to Caitlyn the issue turned out to not be so hard.

Cait really helped me out she helped me get a new line and a free phone. Then she helped me transfer all my stuff from my pixel to my new iPhone. I couldn't believe all my stuff like my contacts my photos and my apps all went over. I would definitely recommend coming to The Townsend store if you need help. They really want to help and they know what they're doing. I left my phone with her I came back everything was done

Helpful. Went in and all were knowledgeable. Caitlyn helped me get a new s24 with a really good amount of money off. Then transfered my stuff from old phone to new phone seamlessly. Helped switch me to a newer unlimited plan for roughly same amount of money too. Would recommend working with this store.
