Just stopped through for the ATM and attempted to make a large withdrawal. The machine withdrew the money from my account but did not provide the cash. Lost more than half of my paycheck. A week later after making a dispute with my own bank, Workers still has not addressed the problem to get me my money back.Never thought I could lose so much from a malfunctioning ATM. Hoping the bank will decide to care sooner rather than later.

Kind staff very time I've come, the switch with the atms was a hassle and I was charged Ludacris overcharge fees. I repeatedly asked to remove and was ignored. I wasn't able to come in during their open hours to use their now all machine facilities. I don't mind machines, but the ATM not taking deposits and putting me in default and not fixing it puts a bad taste in my mouth. Especially when I was being charged ove ran do we for the same payments. The worst was when I visit and watch these elderly or handicapped struggle so much with these new machines. Please stop replacing working humans who need jobs with all machines . It's killing us .

Like many others, I have been a customer with WCU for decades. In the past, I considered my customer experience very good. My expectations are fairly low, just want to be able to use the ATM or drive thru to either deposit or withdraw. Sometimes talk to someone inside the bank regarding a question or to set up/modify an account. With the changes over the past year, by WCU management to implement a fully automated business, they have broken these basic bank functions for the customer (ouch!). When customers can no longer access basic bank functions, its a fair assumption that the transition to an automated business model was very poorly planned and implemented. If WCU used a consultant firm to plan and run this, they should get their money back and sue for damages. The ATMs either don't work, or can only withdraw and not deposit. When I do withdraw, I can only get $50s. I never use $50s. I've wasted so many visits thinking, that WCU is working out the bugs and maybe now the ATM will work. Well, that strategy has gotten old. Probably time to find another credit union, that values human customers and human employees.

I used to love this credit union, and have been a customer for decades. About a year ago they sent us all a letter saying how excited they were to change their orientation and follow different rules that would allow them to operate like a big bank, as though that was a good thing. Tone deaf to their customers they went through with it. Now the experience is terrible. What used to be a pleasant, relaxed experience that was efficient and personal is impersonal, inefficient, time consuming, and aggravating. Congratulations, you've accomplished what you set out to do; create a big bank experience. I'll be leaving once I find another smaller credit union that operates like a credit union should - for its members not its administrators.

ATM never works. Put a sign up at the entrance, it's not that hard.

Have been with the bank for many years loved it there, then they switched over to full automation and no tellers and the system was ruined. Takes 15 to 20 minutes sometimes to do a single transaction on multiple checks and it's very impersonal now doesn't feel like a small town bank. Closed out my accounts and moved somewhere else hoping the CEO of the business learns from their mistake. Hate to see you go Love to talking to all of you over the years but the message needed to be clear, I'm sorry you girls had to get caught up in the middle of it.

No more drive through except ATM. No more people inside, just a couple ATMs and people that come out and explain how to use them instead of just cashing the check for me. For business named "Worker" they sure go out of their way to not have any workers. What a dystopia we live in.

They don't listen to their customers and have alienated many of them as a result.

This Credit Union must be out of their mind. What idiotic business practices they are putting in place. I know my family is leaving WCU.

Beware of their ATM - money doesn't dispense out and when this happens to you, YOU have to go and dispute it with your bank- the wait is 7-10 business days for the investigation to complete. All because you used their lousy ATM. I will not use it again and as a further slap in the face, I got charged for the transaction - $1.25 which I won't get back either. Their response was a bit too casual for me "Oh, well, this happens from time to time." Really? I'll bank elsewhere thank you!
