Food was fantastic. Nice selection of cocktails. Neat place. Certainly in my list to visit again, when in town.

We were staying nearby and we got a recommendation to try this place. The decor is very cozy and inviting! The service was also excellent as well as their tasty cocktails. I had the red sun up with red pepper reposado. The cocktail was well balanced. The food was disappointing. There were not many choices on the menu-maybe 10 and 2 of those items were out. It was a Friday evening and they were already out of food! We started with the Caesar salad. It was a good size and we both love kale. It needed more anchovy and lemon. For main, they had a steak frites on the menu, but we went with the Steak Diane which was similar. It was strange to have two steak and fries dishes on the menu. The steak was good, but the sauce was sour. It tasted like the alcohol wasn't burned off in the sauce. The fries were soggy and unseasoned. The chicken of the woods mushrooms were good, but added to the sourness of sauce. It was so disappointing because the vibe of the restaurant is great and cocktails are solid! We wouldn't come back!

This is my new favorite restaurant in the Connecticut River Valley. Perfect cocktails and the food is locally sourced and on point. I'm so happy we found this gem!

On a little side street in Turners Falls, Five Eyed Fox is interesting. Unusual menu, great servers, and an excellent baby. Great salad, amazing cocktails. Cozy spot with porch. I dug it.

I enjoyed the Greenfield location and the Turners Falls spot is equally fabulous. Beautiful textures/fabrics in a lovely setting, a narrow, perfectly organized space in my favorite TF block, 2 doors down from the pinball parlor. It's a small indie boutique and the prices reflect that but it's the place where I find that 1 special necklace/scarf/top I wear to death bc it's special and waaay out of the ordinary Quality and distinctiveness over quantity.

I love this store!! It's awful dangerous being right across the street from my work but, what's life without a little danger! Amazing, chic clothes you can't find anywhere else!!

Waffling between 2-3 stars for many reasons that I'll get into here. An overview of this business is that it is a small boutique clothing store with tightly curated new and "vintage" items, with costs that would rival those in Beverly Hills. Parking: -street metered parking, often there are available spots in front of the store Primary Section, New Clothing: -the primary sales section of the store contains new items by brands such as Free People, Maison Scotch & Soda, and a few other higher-end names. -clothing displays are minimalist, but you're told they often have "other sizes available".In my experience, it's unusual that they have any sizes larger than what's on the floor. -lots of beautiful shirt/blouse and dress options, fewer shorts/pants options, very limited on seasonal clothing (such as swimsuits, etc). Nice jewelry section near the register. -all items of great design and of high-brow name, but the sticker shock often drives people right back out the door. This happens every time I've stopped in: someone comes in to check out Honey & Wine, takes one look at the price tag, and bolts. And understandably so. Many items check in at or over $100 EACH. That cool shirt you're looking at? $98. The necklace? $140. And so on. This is not for the faint-of-heart or poor-of-cash. -sizing on these new, semi-couture items runs very small. I regularly wear a "medium" women's shirt and cannot fit into many of the "largest" sizes available at Honey & Wine, unless they are loose-fitting peasant blouses made to be oversized. The sizing is also mostly European, or unique to the individual clothier. Example of Scotch & Soda: Petite, 1, 2. Larger sizes (3 & 4) are available online at Scotch & Soda, but I did not see any of the "larger" sizes available in store at Honey & Wine. Back Section, "Vintage" Clothing: -I use "Vintage" in quotes because many of these items are not vintage at all, which would imply that they're at least from another decade. I recently purchased a shirt-dress that you could have found at a department store last season. There are a few vintage finds, but those will be few and far between. -this section is more aptly described as a boutique used clothing section. It's very tightly curated, with lovely pieces (I bought a shirt and the shirt-dress mentioned above), including belts, boots, purses, jewelry, and clothing. -the only dressing room is located in this back section and is nice and large. Staff: -since this is such a modest (small) shop, there's only need for one staff member at a time. The woman who was there during my last stop was very polite. -if you are in a hurry, make a note to stop by Honey & Wine another time. Although you can quickly browse through their offerings in 5-10 minutes, the checkout process takes a lot longer. Clothes are folded with care, wrapped in tissue paper, put in a fancy paper bag, and then the check out begins. Cash and credit card accepted. NO RETURNS ON SALE OR VINTAGE ITEMS (I found this out after I'd already paid). TL;DR: Honey & Wine is a posh, expensive boutique that seems completely out of place in Greenfield. Wicked high prices (most items ~$100+, with the exception of sale pieces) with seemingly absurd sizing (as a "medium" I can barely fit into the largest sizes here, which would suggest that they're size "small"). If the owner of the shop were, to say, begin stocking brands that do sell more "normal" sizes and additional mid-range priced items, Honey & Wine would fare far better with the average shopper. Although I've purchased one "new" item, I've more enjoyed my two "vintage" finds from here and will occasionally stop in Honey & Wine for vintage only. Come here for s

I just bought an adorable Free People winter coat here for the most affordable price of $48 I'm in love with it! The owner has very good taste for vintage and boho style. Thank you so much Honey and Wine. I'll be back to check out more worldly goods from your lovely boutique.
