About NICE SNACK PARLOR
The Nice Snack Parlor was a fantastic addition to the campus community. Their creative treats and cheerful team brought smiles at alumni reunion weekend and the first-day-of-school celebration. The shaved ice was absolutely yummy, fresh and delicious with special flavors. The team was friendly, kind and personable, making the way wonderful and vibrant. Guests loved the positive tone, the energy and the vibrant way. The owner was bubbly and the shop was a wonderful way to connect, to wait and fresh shaved ice on a rain or shine day.
The first-day-of-school celebration at Amherst College was vibrant, welcoming, and full of energy. The shaved ice was absolutely yummy, and the team making it happen was amazing! It was a wonderful way to connect with the campus community, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

They were wonderful to work with! They were at one of our events and did research on the school and the student body. They had special flavors for them too! They were friendly, kind and everyone loved the shaved ice.
