I've really tried getting my meds here consistently for a year and a half; don't make the same mistake I did, go somewhere else. You will be met with unfilled prescriptions sent weeks before followed by shrugs time and time again. This is not it.

The majority of the time I have a prescription sent here, they’re either out or can’t entirely fill it, and it’s a consistent frustration.
Not sure why they need to have a pharmacy here if it can’t adequately fill prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy ever! Went to pick up my moms medicines which the pharmacy said they would have ready by today and when I got there I was told they didn’t have it, had nothing, processing and wouldn’t let me fill it because she wanted my mom to call in(she was at work) worse customer service ever! I know they can look through you medication and find which one needs to be refilled but this employee was just determined to be unhelpful. Not to mention the same employee had shamed my sister for how she smelled after working like that is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

Honestly the older male pharmacist here is incredibly unprofessional. We called at 5:30 to get a script and he told us it would be filled in about an hour, when we arrived he told us there was an internal issue and it was at another pharmacy. That, nothing we said would change anything. He did not fill the script and did not care. The customer service was horrible and they really upset my partner. It’s unfortunate that people like him create a bad name for pharmacists who should be advocates for people with conditions that require medication. Thanks to the store manager who came to check and make sure things were okay. Back to cvs!

This place has gone to heck in a handbasket since they switched from rite aid to Walgreens. Every week there are brand new receptionists who seemingly arent trained on how to do their jobs. Ive repeatedly (5-6 times) been sent away after being told they cant find my prescriptions or refills, or because they botched the spelling on a med. After awhile i realized they just dont know what they are doing and if i want to get my meds i have to be a karen and keep insisting to speak to someone higher up. This keeps happening, almost every time i go in to pick up my meds i can expect some hiccup. its an absolute disaster in there.

Never once have I experienced a pharmacy with such terrible customer service. Not only is there never anyone at the 2 other registers, but the wait time, professionalism and lack of being helpful is beyond belief. I have been at this pharmacy for a year now and never once have. I waited less than 10 minutes to get my medication. Coming for a vaccine at one time and you will wait an hour to two hours to get a vaccine from someone that will refuse to put a mask on. Sometimes the phone number for the store just stopped working so it is impossible to contact anyone unless you go in and again if you go on you were going to wait for 20+ minutes to talk to anyone. It seems like everyone in the pharmacy is brand new which leads to questions and support needed getting absolutely nowhere. I have been trying to contact this pharmacy for two weeks now with no success, and all my medication are pending or canceled. Completely unbelievable and everyone says Walgreens is better than CVS.??

My doctor called in my pax lovid prescription for Covid at 2:30. Looks like I can pick it up at 5:45. Not very happy about that.

I honestly have never dealt with a worse pharmacy. Only 2 of the pharmacy’s staff I’ve found friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I hardly see them. The other staff members are unfriendly and unhelpful. 5 days ago they sent a text saying on of the prescriptions is on hold, that they needed to order some more. I stopped to check on it todayThe pharmacy tech said they have it on order. This has been 5 days since they received the prescription. She then asks a pharmacist about it. Pharmacist said I can’t get it. Here is the kicker while talking to the pharmacist the tech went to a shelf and picked up a box of what I need for the prescription comes back with the box in her hand and starts talking to the pharmacist. Pharmacist says they can’t get it from the drug company. Then the tech, stool holding the box of my prescription is, says to me “I could buy it over the counter. I find this seriously disturbing.

Worse pharmacy I've ever seen. Longest lines too. The main pharmacist is as rude as rude could be. You can see one teller with 8 to 10 customers in line while there is 3 tellers behind the counter helping the pharmacist.You'd think one could come to the other computer and assist the costumers. Nope. Never again, I'm going elsewhere.
