My doctor called in my pax lovid prescription for Covid at 2:30. Looks like I can pick it up at 5:45. Not very happy about that.

I honestly have never dealt with a worse pharmacy. Only 2 of the pharmacy’s staff I’ve found friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I hardly see them. The other staff members are unfriendly and unhelpful. 5 days ago they sent a text saying on of the prescriptions is on hold, that they needed to order some more. I stopped to check on it todayThe pharmacy tech said they have it on order. This has been 5 days since they received the prescription. She then asks a pharmacist about it. Pharmacist said I can’t get it. Here is the kicker while talking to the pharmacist the tech went to a shelf and picked up a box of what I need for the prescription comes back with the box in her hand and starts talking to the pharmacist. Pharmacist says they can’t get it from the drug company. Then the tech, stool holding the box of my prescription is, says to me “I could buy it over the counter. I find this seriously disturbing.

Worse pharmacy I've ever seen. Longest lines too. The main pharmacist is as rude as rude could be. You can see one teller with 8 to 10 customers in line while there is 3 tellers behind the counter helping the pharmacist.You'd think one could come to the other computer and assist the costumers. Nope. Never again, I'm going elsewhere.

Never once have I experienced a pharmacy with such terrible customer service. Not only is there never anyone at the 2 other registers, but the wait time, professionalism and lack of being helpful is beyond belief. I have been at this pharmacy for a year now and never once have. I waited less than 10 minutes to get my medication. Coming for a vaccine at one time and you will wait an hour to two hours to get a vaccine from someone that will refuse to put a mask on. Sometimes the phone number for the store just stopped working so it is impossible to contact anyone unless you go in and again if you go on you were going to wait for 20+ minutes to talk to anyone. It seems like everyone in the pharmacy is brand new which leads to questions and support needed getting absolutely nowhere. I have been trying to contact this pharmacy for two weeks now with no success, and all my medication are pending or canceled. Completely unbelievable and everyone says Walgreens is better than CVS.??

I've never had a negative encounter with this pharmacy or it's staff. They are pleasant, kind patient and professional even in the face of a combative customer wanting a prescription too early. I witnessed this while picking up my own medication. The harassment of staff over policy on filling controlled substances. They were completely professional.

Absolute s*** pharmacy. They have people waiting around for an hour or more but take walk ins right away. I have never waited less than 10 minutes for medication. They have 5 people working but 3 of them sit in the back on their phones doing nothing. Staff refused to wear a mask when I asked for them to while GIVING A VACCINE. unprofessional and unsafe beyond measures. When you go or concerns they get rude and magically are too busy to help. Absolutely horrendous care.

I had an issue with the insurance for a medication my son needed, and the pharmacy team was so amazing in helping me out. Rather than sending me home to deal with the insurance company, they called them right there and followed through in a way that made me feel so supported. They were kind, and they advocated for what I needed, even when the insurance company made it difficult. I really appreciate customer service and kindness like this.

Walgreens in Turners used to be a great store with great staff The Pharmacy manager was a great guy I even bought them a Christmas card last year. This year they hired a whole new staff horrible people no respect what so ever to their customers do not care of they violate Walgreens store Policy of showing respect to customers. I am on a controlled substance and called for a refill on 2/28/2022 Spoke to a pharmacy tech named Jen. Jen said the insurance will pay for it and it would be filled the following day 3/1/22 I called up 3 hours later to request it to be filled at a certain time because of what time my ride can pick me up The Pharmacist January told me We will not fill it till 3/2/22. Last week had another conflict when I called about another Controlled Substance was told it would be ready by 1:30pm my ride picks me up at 2:10pm and its a if your not ready we leave without you deal. Came to Walgreens at 1:45pm and the pharmacy tech told me we have your prescription filled our Pharmacy manager just has not signed off on it and has gone to break. I had to push the issue before they went and got the Manager to come off on her break to sign off on it. I tried to explain the situation to her and she said just download the Walgreens App. I got sick of getting two different stories and went in today and requested it to be filled. January began raising her voice me at and snapped you called yesterday and I told you I will fill it tomorrow I explained that I had called twice and that Jen had told me it could be filled today and January rudely snapped at me again and said you did not call twice you called once Jen even said he called Yesterday and I told him the insurance would cover it today. January yelled I don't care what the tech told you I am the boss and I have the final say. I had filed a complaint against Walgreens the day before for them telling me different things and Jen again rudely snapped yeah we got your complaint this morning. I told Jen I felt she was not being ethical and at that point she slammed her hand down on the counter and yelled That's it I am not filling your prescriptions get out and find another pharmacy At that point I did not want it to spiral into a he said and she said and I began recording the rudeness they were showing me nowhere in Walgreens Policy does it say anything about recording inside the store. The Store Manager got involved and I went to sit down to call my doctors office to fix this mess and I asked the store manager 5 times do you mind me sitting or are you asking my to leave under threat of trespass and she said no as long as your quite and do not badger our customers. In between calls I saw The Pharmacy manager January pull the same stunt she had on me with another customer denying him his medication and saying it was his fault. I stood up and was out of the way and was quite and recording when January saw me recording again she called the Police. The Police came and I explained to them that i was told i could stay by a manager and they said well now they want to trespass you for the day. I peacefully left the store and was outside on the public sidewalk not on Walgreens property and one of the managers came outside to smoke and saw me filming and screamed at me that you do not have the right film me. I explained to her the first amendment After threating to sue me she said you have the right to film me I have the right to destroy your property and i had some of my things in a shopping cart and she grabbed the cart and pushed it as hard as she could into a cement pillar. I know that the store or admins or higher ups read the google reviews and they try to hard to cover up any negative feed because their stars went from 2 to 5 this is a message for any of the so called higher ups its time you took responsibility you made this mess and it will not be hidden if you delete this review I have it copied and saved and if you do have it taken down I will post it again and again until you acknowledge you have rouge staff members and will do the right thing. 1

The pharmacist (not the tech) or as she would call herself 'the boss' has absolutely no customer service/ bedside manner what so ever. If your tech team says a prescription will be ready at a certain day and time and it isn't, don't take it out on the customer. If you want great service and your prescription ready when they say it will be, do not go here unless you are ready to deal with the most self righteous lady ever!
