Really nice! Rooms are clean and nice. The swimming pool was beautiful on a snowy day, but keep in mind it's not in the same building. (Makes a difference in the winter with a toddler in tow.) Breakfast is really basic.

Went for the 1st time for 2 nights used hotels.com later I found out would of been cheaper to book directly with hotel its was rainy foggy days so didn't try pool area the pool area is in different building you can walk or drive there not far.and couldn't see much outside but was very beautifully lit outside upon arrival nice quiet area the entrance and restaurant look very classy there is free lemon water and coffee tea at the entrance. the clerk was nice check in was easy. finding room wasn't as easy 1st time around. Got the executive room with fireplace and jetted tub. Breakfast was included in deal but I want to note it's a very light breakfast bagles toast pastries cereal berries aples oranges orange juice and milk. No eggs protein or any sort. The room was ample great size but dark no ceiling lights they just have lamps. The 1st night didn't get to use tub once I finally got it running there was police like banging on the door because tub was leaking into the bar downstairs were told not to use it til maintenance could come which was next day. The manager was very helpful the found the issue and moved us to another room that was smaller but had a private patio and a bigger jetted tub which we did get to use she apologized wrote me a card and gave a gift certificate. The beds were very comfortable the pillows everything. I thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub in room. There are lil coffee machines in room and the room had 2 bottles of water upon arrival. If you need toiletries condoms beer ect they have those for purchase by the entrance they also have a shared microwave for use. I didn't get to try the juju spa but would definitely come back to try that and the restaurant. Even though 1st night didn't go as planned they resolved the issue and we enjoyed ourself and slept well the tas do have netflix on them so no wifi password was needed.

The mall in nh is also 9 minutes away

My Fiancé rented the king room with fireplace for my birthday 12/27/24. We arrived around 8ish due to shopping late in Boston. Check in was super easy. Once we arrived in the room he was suprised there wasn't anything for my birthday. He has ordered chocolate covered strawberries. So we went back downstairs to ask for them. The lady at the reception desk apologized and said she was going to check to see if she could get them. She did and handed us 2 plates. That was nice of her. I just wished the room was set up like the pictures have it. Overall the resort is nice, but definitely not what i expected from looking online.

Noteworthy details: Pool was outside the hotel, we had to walk outside in the cold to get to the pool

I had an amazing stay at the Chateau Merrimack Resort & Spa in Tyngsborough, MA. The property is beautiful, with scenic views, luxurious rooms, and fantastic spa facilities. Dining at Pino Steakhouse was outstanding. Special thanks to Andrew, who runs the whole place, for his exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway!

This hotel is very charming and unique. I've been back two years in a row and plan to return. I hope the hotel can maintain its charm because it's a very nice place. Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms.

I’m not sure why this hotel doesn’t have an excellent rating—it truly deserves one! I absolutely loved the food; it was delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms are stunning and impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious atmosphere of the hotel.
The breakfast was perfect, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. This place is ideal for celebrating special occasions, like our wedding anniversary. We had an unforgettable experience and can’t wait to return!

In a nutshell, myself, my wife and a bunch of friends went to Chateau Merrimack restaurant after hearing about a new menu and new chef.
We have been coming here for years and the restaurant has had it’s ups and way downs.
We all wanted to give it a chance to see about the new changes and OMG were we happy!
All of us are still talking about the food for days later. We ordered this Lemon Shirmp dish (on the menu it’s an Italian name I can’t pronounce) for our app and the pesto arancini.
All we can all say is “WOW”. The apps were spectacular and thought the main courses couldn’t beat those, we were wrong. One of our friends got the steak tips, holy cow they were the best ever!
We had to place another order because everyone was trying them off his plate.
The rest of us got pasta dishes and I got the gnocchi with pesto sauce. Couldn’t believe how good these were!
At the end of our meal the chef came out of the kitchen to greet each guest at every table. Class move in my book! He finally made it over to us and we met Chef Mike! Our kind of guy. Asked how we were doing and if everything was ok? He made us all laugh and we had a lot of fun.
Our waiter (can’t remember his name sorry) had said he worked with Chef Mike else where and was proud to still be working with him.
All I can say is after all the bad meals we have had at this place, this one made up for them all! I don’t know how they got this guy but they better do everything they can to hang on to him. Chef Mike is a true artist and a great guy! We will be back several more times!

I don’t usually leave reviews, as I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt when mistakes happen. However, my experience with this hotel and its new management has left me beyond disappointed.
I initially emailed the General Manager, Andreea Pătrașcu, after being charged for one night I did not stay due to miscommunication through their booking agent. The agent failed to disclose additional charges, which led me to leaving and canceling my reservation. Andreea called me the next day, apologized, and promised to refund the one night charge, stating it would take 10 days for the refund to process. This was in the beginning of October It’s now December, and I still haven’t received the refund.
I followed up in November, only to hear the same excuses. Her team, every time I call, has no idea what’s going on, which speaks volumes about the lack of leadership and communication under this management.
This is not just about the money, it’s about principle, integrity, respect, and keeping your word. As a leader, you set the tone, and the culture of this hotel clearly prioritizes neither accountability nor customer service. I’ve spoken to locals who have had similar experiences, which confirms this is not an isolated issue.
I had so much hope for Jonathan and the Vienna Group when they took over this establishment, but this experience and its management has completely overshadowed the potential of what could be a great property.

Everything is exceptional the folks are welcoming and friendly and treat you like a million dollars and genuine friend. Mike the chef Fabian Jessica and everyone i met was truly down to earth and super! The bed was so comfy and the amenities were more than in needed overall fantastic
