Love going to Dollar Tree. So Many Great Items at such a great value even if your in the five dollar area is so worth it. I will never stop shopping at Dollar Tree. Everytime I see a new one ived never shopped at I have to go in. I always find something different or new.

"Bad customer service"
Sometimes people leave such a bad impression that you start hating that place too.
Me and my children went to this dollar tree and it's obvious that kids are kids., they get excited seeing balloons and toys. My 5YO got so excited seeings tiny cute little things and he started showing me the stuff that he had wanted to buy. I made sure to tell him not to touch anything as such. After few minutes, the staff member who I think has newly started working in here harshly pulled the toy my child was showing me to buy.
To be frank, My son has titles like classic kid and gentle kid. He never does anything that troublesome or irritating. The way that employee did was really upsetting and when me n my kid were leaving the store, that employee said "Thank you Jesus", which really broke my heart.
Since then, I started hating this place and that lady who behaved that way. It was around valentines day week where dollar store was filled with lovely stuff and this happened with us. I will never enter this place again.

Cleaner and more organized than usual lot of new items still not happy with that extra 25 cents they charges per item they did not have what I went in there for none of the Dollar Trees have had it in the past month or two which is a bummer cuz you get something and you like it and then they don't get it again. Or it'll pop up in a few months again still prefer the Dollar Tree to Family Dollar hate that store way overpriced Family Dollar nothing in there as a dollar they still have signs that say a dollar they have a sign in front of the item that says a dollar but they charge you $1.25 and then things you can get at the Dollar Tree they charge you regular price $5 $6 I prefer not to go to that store plus it's always filthy well the one on Middlesex Street Lowell is and there manages so rude there staff horrible

Well, if you don't put a closed sign up and proceed to condescendingly shout, "We are closed buddy!" I would not consider that great service. The place is a mess. Parking lot is small. Selection is sub par. I would never grade a review on selection per se or parking, those are out of people's hands - but do just add to the vibe I've consistently seen at this location. This is coming from a frequent Dollar Tree shopping. Bummer. Be nice to people, use a nice tone.

I usually wouldn’t write a review about dollar tree cause you get what u pay for but that doesn’t mean I deserve bad customer service. This is the second time I’ve came here. The first time the lady over rang up my items and I watched her do it and corrected it. Cool second time coming here the cashier Nancy was very rude. She had just turned on her cash register. I only had one pack of tape I’ve been waiting in like for over 5 mins already. Decided to tell me next person in line who was actually in the back of line right before me and had mad stuff including wanting to get balloons. Felt racist af not to include this is the only dollar tree that has things that cost more than $5. Might as well go to family dollar at this point.

Nice big Dollar Tree that frequently has things the others do not. It seemed clean and uncluttered. The staff was very helpful and that was a plus.It wasn't too busy at noon on a Friday but there was a steady stream of shoppers coming and going.Still plenty of seasonable items.Quickly found what I was looking for and checked out.Lots of accessible spaces and a slight incline traveling toward the door.

Excellent store, when you need something with decent price you will get it here for a 1.25 dollar. A good collection and a lot of stuff are available.
