“Needed last minute alterations on a bridesmaid dress. I felt bad about the rush, but the owner was so nice and the fit was perfect! Got compliments on the dress all night. Highly recommend!”
“Dealt with a nightmare of a situation, but Steve and Marianne did a great job rectifying everything.
I came for a wash and fold service and someone mistakenly took my laundry from the dryer, which was 2 weeks worth of clothes. I was stressing for the next 24 hours on how I’ll replace all the items, but Steve reassured me no one has ever stolen from their establishment and if the items weren’t returned he would cover expenses to replace everything.
The culprit ended up returning them the following morning. The laundromat freshened up my clothes and delivered them to my hotel, as well as gave me the entire cleaning service free of charge.
They know how to take care of their customers!
All I ask is that the wash and fold employees pay attention to the laundry they’re servicing so no one else has to deal with the same experience.”
“Not cheap and that’s for a great reason - the quality of work is wonderful! I have used them for many years and never had one button broken or asked for something to be redone. Parking can be painful - but downtown in general is painful to navigate. Their attention and care is great and I’m happy to support the local business! Thanks!”

“Linda was sweet and wonderful. I happened to purchase a unique dress from an online shop and ordered it too big. The straps on it, were a unique stitching style which made it be difficult to be altered in the time frame I had. Linda took the time, and gave me honest suggestions to aid me to pin it. I do not know many tailors who would offer suggestions to aid in a situation where it couldn't be done. She helpped me, a novice to say the least, make it work in the time frame I had. I am grateful.
