This place is not the place to buy a camper. They are salesman that don't care about the customer. They lied and wasted hours of my time. There are plenty of good places to go to find an RV-Do your research. After leaving there and going to a place where the owners and employees actually camp and know their stuff, it was a world of difference. Also there are places out there where the owners care about the customer. We felt so confined to what we could look at to buy and no one at camping world knew any different anyway. Once we were educated at the new place with people that know everything about hitch weight, weight distribution, dry weight, etc- we were able to get the right camper for us! Do your research!!

Buyer beware- I bought this camper( first time buyer ) from what I thought was a reputable dealer. When you buy from hear there will be about a $1300 charge on top of you negotiating price to prep the camper, after agreeing to a price and getting financing approved they move you onto the service end, I was told they did a thorough inspection including a leak test and inspection of the operation of all appliances etc , when I did my walk through with the service dept the service technician showed me the trailer operation and told me what he found including a leak in the back of camper with he fixed and some small little things, he also let me know that the awing was ripped when they were cleaning camper and I should get the sales dept to pay for it which after they tried to get me to pay half of they agreed to fix it , I had concerns about the floor of the camper being soft by the door but was reassured that the was was good and dry and the little hump in the floor was from in being cut a little to big when assembled, and if it was wet and soft it would be sunken in , when I checked the camper again for leaks the floor was crunching like breaking ice confirming my thoughts, I have tried contacting Paul the sales manager who assured me in 15 mins I would receive a call back never happened, I called service the next day and was told they wanted to talk to the technician and would call by 1pm , never called (3) days later I called my salesman who went to the sales manager again who was going right to service manager but never received a call back, I know have to pay my lawyer to take care of this issue because camping world is a scum dealer to deal with .. so buyer beware when dealing with camping world - research the reviews like I should have

Was a wonderful experience. Laura M. was a great help. She took her time with us, showed us everything we asked for (sometimes twice haha), and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend them if you're looking to buy an RV. Ask for Laura ?

Went to view campers for potential purchase. My sales rep Laura was helpful even though I did not buy. Their inventory of campers was pretty extensive so there’s definitely something for everyone here.

After doing some research, we realize the XLR microboost 27 LRLE was the one for us. After finding out the camping world in Uxbridge we decided to take the drive 3 1/2 hours from New Jersey to go take a look at it. Stanley was our sales rep that helped in person with us and walked us through the unit explained everything was not pushy whatsoever even give us a few minutes for us to discuss it on our own! Stanley continued to answer any questions we had.I do see a lot of reviews in regards to a lot of hidden fees but in reality, at least we’re seeing other dealerships that may already have had the fees included. We have done plenty of research prior to purchasing it here, and all the prices totaled up to the same. Even if it’s breaking down a little bit different it comes out to the same dollar amount.Pick up day:The trailer was already ready for us to do our walk-through, and to leave with it the same day. Scott and a few others prepared the trailer with any last minute things we found during our walk though that were only cosmetic. And answered all of our questions. The younger gentleman unfortunately I could not remember his name explained each and every piece of information we needed to know on our rig. Going section by section and making sure we are ready to move onto the next section. while we are doing our walk-through we had one of the service technicians install our “towing package” that was recommended with the hitch and sway. After we were all done, we went inside and sat with Chris in finance to go over any extended warranties they had to offer, as well as what are payments will be & the rest of the paperwork. I do see here are a lot of comments of people saying the payments are not anywhere near what you expect it to be, which is understandable, thought at the end of the day it’s like purchasing a car or a motorcycle. There are going to be plenty of added options and it’s up to you if you would like to go with it or not. For us, we tried budging something that we were comfortable paying monthly and especially for a rig that was a 2022 somewhat of extended warranty was better than nothing, especially since this was our very first one. Chris took the time to explain each and every package available. and within our budget, we decided to go with the bronze. Conclusion, as nervous as we were walking into this dealership, we just wanted to see the unit. We were not planning on purchasing there because of all the reviews but let me tell you it’s definitely different when you go in person. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience with everybody here. Everyone was super pleasant to talk to. From sales to service to finance. Do not be discouraged by all of the reviews! Go in and get that camper from Uxbridge Camping World! Thank you everyone for an amazing experience!! Whenever we’re ready for an upgrade. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience with Uxbridge Camping World with the installation of a flat towing rig between our motorhome and car. Will in Parts did a great job in helping us select the right rig. He is very knowledgeable. The installation technician, Mark, was fantastic! He was very experienced in installing tow rigs. He spent much time going over the system, and highlighting all the components. The service desk team was great too.Wet couldn’t have been happier with our experience!

I received a recall notice from REV RV on my 2021 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 33c. I took it to Camping World Uxbridge as they were the closest service center that could service / was authorized to service Motorhome. They were excellent. Because of the 1.5 hour drive to Camping World, they had me take a picture of the hitch and the tag on the hitch. I was informed that it definitely needed to be changed and to not tow anything. They ordered the parts from Lippert only to find out that they had not shipped everything needed for the install. Kym Issler, Service Manager, was great. They offered to pick up my camper when the part came in. I can't believe how good they were. All of the personnel I dealt with that work for the dealership were excellent. I felt like they genuinely cared about my problem and wanted to help. This is customer service at its best.

We purchased a camper back in August we Closed on 8/19. That day they were supposed to install my trailer hitch setup. They take my truck we go fill out the paperwork and in the middle of signing they realized they didn't have the parts. The GM came in and said not to worry once the registration comes in we will make sure to have the parts. Not a problem since we weren't taking the camper home. He scheduled pickup day for 8/30. He said registration will be in that day we will do the work about an hour. Great had my kids with me we booked camping for the weekend as they were excited. I take half day off work get here they install the hitch and about 1hr 45 min they have the camper hooked and by the way registration is not in. They said should be here tomorrow or Friday., We can deliver the camper but wont be till following week. I explained my kids are excited we have camping plans I will come get it not to worry.Thursday I call and spoke to Leslie (she handles the registrations) and acted like i was not giving it enough time. After I explained that I didnt schedule pick up but the GM is the one that set the appointment she changed the aggressive talk and stated there is not much she can do but spoke to the DMV to speed up my registration. it is now Friday and yet no registration and no camper.I am really hoping that this is not how I am going to be serviced through camping World as we purchased the extended warranty as well. I feel like once we signed that the importance of a customer service really went out the window. I will say I have many camping friends and Will probably purchase a new camper again I will not be recommending Camping World.

I would NEVER again do business with Camping World in Uxbridge. They have intentionally screwed us over because they wanted to back out on a signed deal to buy our used camper which was in almost Perfect condition. We Had other options at the beginning of the summer but chose to sell to this awful place. Not only did we lose out on the money but they also caused damage that will now cost us money. They strung us along for 2 Months also. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

2023 Tellaro 20LT: 17500 mi. Took 6+ months for minor warranty repairs that should have taken a week(?). AND had to be towed by AAA to dealer for battery totally & completely dead. Would not "jump start" or take a charge having been left idle for all those 6m.

We were just leaving on vacation in our 2023 Thor Freedom Elite when an issue arose with beeping of our fridge. Since we couldn’t figure out how to fix the issue as novice campers, fortunately, Camping World in Uxbridge was on our route. The Service Department was most helpful and sorted out the problem explaining how to resolve it in future as well. A big thank you to Kim, Paul, Kevin and team for helping us! They are conveniently located just off Route 146 and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring service for RV’s and trailers.

Terrible customer service. I brought my. New owned about a month trailer in to have some issues fixed the refrigerator stopped working. I called to get resolved scheduled appt to bring in on a Saturday morning. When I got there they had no idea I was not in the computer anyway I called to check status & no one called back I tried several different times promised call backs two weeks of this was enough. I went there & told them I was done & wanted my camper They got camper I hooked it up. Only to fw7 pin connection was hooked up wrong. Thankfully they sent a mechanic out and he fix that issue so I brought my camper home and check the refrigerator. It was working again. For three days later, I went to put some stuff in it to prepare for a trip On way to find refrigerator was warm and not working again. I called Camping World and was put on hold waiting for somebody after 10 minutes. That’s my time limit I gave up I am going to try to contact them again I am not driving my trailer back-and-forth to have Jack I live about 70 miles away and gas is expensive. I figured a quick resolution with warranty, replace the refrigerator and I would be done in a couple of days that didn’t happen and I am afraid to bring it down again because I do not want to lose the summer with my camper sitting at a service department
