Absolutely horrendous service and care! Management should take a close look at the irresponsible and unacceptable service to customers. I have personally had at least 5 prescription problems and even had a doctor call me furious that they couldn’t help him put in my prescription and gave him and me excuse after excuse with ZERO result. I got results by changing my pharmacy elsewhere! Sure the staff can be friendly but the service is beyond unacceptable. If I could put zero stars I would. Medications should be handled with the utmost care and diligence that this pharmacy lacks. The app and text service are just another way to avoid your customers can call it the way of the future but we all know you’re just trying to save a buck at the expense of your customers ?

Worst pharmacy ever , the pharmacist are not paying attention to their patients by all means. They received a prescription from the provider of amoxicillin 100 ml 10 ml twice a day for 10 days, it should have been 200 ml instead of 100 ml, claiming that it was the pcp mistake. They gave it to me without reviewing it with the provider and without notifying me. This caused my daughter to suffer more and there is no chance for us as parents to get sick as my husband is taking chemo and I am pregnant and about to deliver so I can’t get sick as I am the only one helping my family. Besides the fact that they were not keen to offer any assistance they made me call the office and fix it myself

The woman pharmacist there is just awful! I recommend any one who is personally profiled and discriminated against by this "professional pharmacist" you should file a complaint with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy! I only witnessed her disgusting behavior. I can only imagine how that person felt with the way she treated them!!! So sad!

Absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Been calling for two days they literally answer and hang up. This has happened for over a year now. If you don't like your job find something else. Also the lady I talked to when I do get through once in a blue is very rude. Absolute worst pharmacy. They all need to be fired and get people who actually want to work.

Pharmacy is the worst and the most rudest people I have ever dealt with this place needs to be restaffed asap !! Absolutely ridiculous the tall blonde pharmacist is the meanest and non helpful person I have ever came in contact with !!

Just called for inquiry on my prescription and the lady was VERY rude and wouldn't let me talk. Before I could able to ask a question and she hung up on me.

Broke a bottle of my insulin and needed it replaced immediately because they don't give me any extras. Used their app to order it, and was told that it would be ready by 2:00 p.m. at 8:00 a.m. I got to the store where they told me that they had no orders for me. I was then told that the order had been canceled and that they would have to check with my insurance company before I could get a replacement. This is the fourth time something like this has happened with them. I recommend that you DO NOT use their app because the app and the actual humans beings inside the pharmacy do not communicate with each other. And then when you go up to the counter, one out of five people is helpful.

I am disgusted by the treatment from a woman in the pharmacy today. I called because of a problem with transferring a prescription, and not only did she not answer a single one of my very basic questions, but she hung up on me mid-sentence. Initially, she was pleasant, but as soon as I mentioned what prescription I needed help with, she was hostile. I called back as I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but was left on hold indefinitely. As much as I would like to say it was a mistake, there really isn't an excuse for treating people like that. I should also note that this phone call lasted at most 5 minutes, in which she neglected to explain anything. I've never had a bad experience here in the past, and the staff are always lovely, so I'm wondering what happened in this situation.

After noticing a 3 hr wait time Friday, I decided to hold off until first thing Saturday morning and showed up early. A. McLaughlin took me right in, as there was no one else waiting, and she was attentive and caring.
