Staff in the pharmacy section are unhelpful and at times rude. Don’t call when there’s issues with scripts, state there’s no scripts or they had already been picked up without checking. Worst CVS I’ve ever been to and as a result I’ve moved all my scripts to Amazaon Pharmacy despite the fact that I believe they’re destroying our economy and are become an enormous manopoly while also destroying the environment.

Encountered for the second time a very disgruntled employee that obviously hates his job. I asked him to re run the script because this person is on disability and should not be having a copay. He let me know it had already been run. There is no reason a customer should feel the way I did at that window tonight. Completely unacceptable. Then he was having a hard time with the computer so he just kept banging the screen.

I’ve never gone to the minute clinic before and I was so impressed! The sign in process was efficient and fast. The nurse practitioner was great and the pharmacy filled my prescription really fast! 100% satisfied and will definitely be back!

Large and well-maintained. The employees in the store and in the pharmacy are all very friendly. The drive through is easy and you're never left waiting. CVS has always been my go-to pharmacy regardless of the city I live in. There's a simple reason for that; consistency in product and customer treatment by employees Update for minute clinic only; signed up for an appointment at 11:56, cool. I get there and sign in and wait. Then the monitor says I'm not here... but that I have a 36 minute wait!!! The doctor is in there with three people. I have been vomiting phlegm because I have been coughing so hard, I haven't slept at all this week, I am exhausted and I'm yelled at by the doctor to either chill the f-down, or go to the emergency room. Excuse me? I'm a therapist and even when I have a client in crisis, I'll let the waiting client know it'll be a while or to reschedule. Talk about poor bedside manner. I don't understand why they have online sign up through CVS IF THE CLINIC IS SEPARATE.

This store is the worst. The pharmacy tells you your script is ready and then I wait another 20 minutes. Then half the time they jammed up with my health ins information

Every time I am here the line is ridiculous. The drive through is a nightmare! Last night I waited 9 minutes to get to the window, and I ended up only being give ONE of my two prescriptions to pick. I always have issues here. My dr will NOT be sending my RX to this location any longer. Terrible.

Highly disappointing experience, customer service at front desk and photo was horrendous. Bad quality photos, extremely long wait time, lack of experienced staff, no one aware of how to refill paper in the printer. All the while acting as if it was an inconvenience to assist me, way too busy buying themselves energy drinks and disappearing to the back of the store after attempting to fix the issue but not even bothering to wait around to see if anything printed. I have been making my holiday cards at cvs for years but next year I will be going elsewhere.

I come here a lot. My overall experience? I would say 5 out of 7 employees are friendly enough, always willing to stop what they're doing to give me their full attention and help me find something. My experience today? I asked the first employee I saw (which happened to be Mgr Heather - I asked afterwards) if they were out of an item. Without really thinking (or you know LOOKING) she said, "Yes" and kept walking away. I didn't get to ask when they expected it back but whatever she seemed busy. I went to find something similar to replace it, and there they were. I thought she'd like to know they weren't out in case another customer asks; she ignores me. I tell her again and make sure she's looking at me and hears me. She doesn't even stop walking just says, "Oh I thought you meant something else" and disappears. She is pretty unhelpful if you ask me.

An associate Courtney was looking for a product for me. And disappeared in the back for 10 mine. After returning and passing me 2 times said she couldn't find me to tell me they didn't have product I was looking for.

This minute clinic is pretty cool. Beats a trip to the doctor anyway
