I highly recommend this shop. I stopped by for replacement parts on a firearm I had broken. They had most parts already in stock, including small parts, but my luck ran out and one was out of stock with more on order. They offered to order it for me, if I wanted something specific, but the owner went out of his way to search his personal armory toolbox and comp me the used (in like new condition) part for free with the other items I purchased. This is beyond top tier customer service, and would love for this review to help bring even more positive attention to support this amazing business. Dennis and the Pinnacle crew are the best!

Me and my wife took the LTC course with Dennis the owner, he was great. Super knowledgeable and super safety oriented. Since then we have both taken a lesson and I have taken his lvl 1 handgun course, both were absolutely worth it. Dennis creates a safe, comfortable environment to learn how to properly use firearms. I recommend all of this to anyone who is new to firearms.

The LTC class was well done. Going into the class I had never owned or used a gun other than a BB gun so my knowledge was very limited. After attending the class I now have the knowledge to apply for a LTC. I highly recommend taking the classes that Pinnacle Firearms and Training offers !!

If you are a first time buyer or an extensive gun owner this is the place to check out. The proprietor Dennis and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The first thing I noticed when I entered the business was how Dennis was helping a customer with many questions she had. He was listening intently and answering her questions in a professional manner. I did purchase a firearm that evening. The whole buying experience was perfect. This is my new go to business for firearms and accessories.
