The people at Bliss are amazing. Lexi was super helpful and the mechanics did an awesome job and the prices were very good. I also had an inspection done and the guy who does the inspections was very knowledgeable and super helpful. This was my 3rd time there and I will never bring my cars anywhere else. Thanks again guys for everythingSean Kibbe

We recently had our yearly car inspection done here. The gentleman was very nice. It didn't take long before he put the new inspection sticker on the windshield and we were on our way. Someone had told us about inspections at Bliss automotuve, so I gave them a try. This is my 3rd year in a row going. Thank you. See you next year.

I have been here three times, and I can only say good things about one of the three. The first time I went to Bliss Automotive, I had went to get a simple oil change. I had heard good things about the place, and the reviews had simply looked stellar. You'd expect a good quality service from a local business like this. However, I was thoroughly disappointed after this first trip. My oil was never actually changed or filled, and they had taken an entire day to do it. What a nightmare! I was charged for an oil change, and had no car for a day, just for me to check and see there was almost no oil in my vehicle. Not to mention, the oil was obviously dirty as well. That being said, an oil change is relatively cheap, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt.I had also had this location look over my vehicle for an engine and tire light a bout 1-2 months ago since my inspection was coming up to its expiration date. For the tire light, they had told me the sensor was simply broken. The engine light was a catalytic converter malfunction. Jared, the owner I believe, explained that the converter wouldn't be a major issue since that was for the exhaust. This trip seemed to have went well, but the kicker is that I ended up taking my car to a Firestone just last week about the lights since my car was having trouble starting and I was nearby the Firestone. At the Firestone, they found that my tire rods were worn, and the wear on the rods had damaged the struts for steering, along with wearing out my tires. The total cost to fix all of this was OVER 2,000 DOLLARS. The crazy part about this, is that had Bliss found any issue with the rods beforehand, which they should've since the lights were on and I wanted a diagnosis on my car, the only problem I'd be dealing with is some worn down rods. The issue now is that my car had been running with the worn rods so long, the struts became damaged due to the strain of the loose wheels, which also worn out the tires themselves. All of this would be completely avoidable if Bliss Automotive did a proper diagnosis. But now I have to drop 2,000 dollars into my car to get it ready for inspection because they somehow missed this glaring issue. The only positive thing I can say about Bliss is that they did a great job replacing my steering fluid pipe. My car was originally leaking steering fluid due to a worn out pipe, and I had brought it there to get that fixed. The pipe was replaced with the exact part that they ordered in just for me. The price was also decently cheap for the work done. I do really appreciate what they did on this visit, but it just can't undo the damage that has now been down to my vehicle long term. It must've been the owner who worked directly on the steering fluid pipe because, at the very least, he seems to have his act together. My assumption is that the rest of the team is either being very lazy, or is just ill equipped for whatever reason to do proper work on the car.All in all, my experiences with Bliss Automotive were extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend anyone bring a vehicle there unless they intend to wreck it.

I brought my Volvo in yesterday for an inspection. I was very satisfied with bringing my car here. I might have timed it right but I didn't wait long at all after I arrived. It was my first time visiting and it certainly won't be my last. I wish I had found this shop years ago. Since moving to MA from North Carolina I have been on the search for finding a good reputable auto shop like this. I met the owner which is the one who did the inspection and he was super nice. You can trust your vehicle is in good hands with this shop. I am going to be making another appointment soon to have some body work done on my car. I try to take care of my Volvo (12 year old) so I don't just bring it anywhere. This will be my new place to bring it. I also told my husband to bring his truck here in the future if he needs to.
