I've been driving for almost 60 years and have seen a lot of good and bad mechanics. This guy is the most honest, trustworthy ,
conscientious and affordable man I've ever met. I have been going to Jeff for more than 20 years and now my adult children are having their vehicles serviced there, as well. I currently drive 45 minutes from R.I. to have him work on my 2 autos. Can't say enough about him. One of a kind. Wish I met him years ago. Ted R.

I can't give Jeff's Auto Service off of Quaker Hwy in Uxbridge enough praise.I have a Chevy 2500HD I use to transport cars. 2 weeks ago I stopped somewhere to eat and couldn't get it started. After a couple diagnostics from myself and a mechanic who saw me trying to get it started from across the street, we concluded the fuel pump went out.I ordered the $150 part and had the truck towed to my house so I could avoid a major repair bill from a shop. After unsuccessfully trying to replace the part myself, I started calling around shops near me. I got quotes from $550-$700, except for Jeff who quoted me a modest $300. I had the truck dropped off the next day, and two days later I get a call from Jeff saying the truck's ready and the bill is only $30. Turns out it was only the fuel pump fuse that had gone out.A dishonest mechanic could have easily swapped this fuse and charged me the full $300 (or double) for a fuel pump replacement. Instead, now I get to return the unopened pump and have $120 back in my pocket. Who knew you could leave a mechanic with more money than you started with?An honest mechanic is invaluable, and having one minutes away in town is that much better. Although I hope I don't need to be back soon, I will definitely be going back to Jeff

After using Jeff's a couple of times I have found a local car repair business that will be my family's go to from now on. Excellent prices and quality work are just part of my experience. The customer service that Jeff provides is unmatched compared to other shops. He went above and beyond to be very helpful with my battery issue last week. I was made to feel like I was a long time customer on my 2nd visit. I would highly recommend!
