Back in sept of 2023 our vehicle was hit while parked on the side of Main st by an OUI operator. We called Mark at Lav’s and he came right up to remove it from the scene. The insurance company came out and deemed it a total loss. Lav’s worked with me till it was finally settled.

I stopped in Lavs to have them look at my car because I had two good size dents I wanted to get fixed. Hilary came out to look at the car and took some pictures. She told me that she had a company who removes dents. She took pictures of the dents and forwarded to the company she called me and told me he would probably be able to remove the dents. First let me say I admire Hilary for giving me the option of a less expensive repair. I was skeptical but I said let’s give it a try. I brought the car in and we marked every dent including some small ones. I was totally blown away when I picked up the car. It look amazing and every single dent was gone. The car looked beautiful. I highly recommend Lav’s. They are a company of integrity and honest. Thank you Hilary

If you're looking to get an inspection done go here and NOT to Uxbridge Auto. They took care of my car real quick after I had a poor experience at Ux Auto. When I was waiting, a dog walked over and just started chilling next to me?.

we had a little mishap and our van was in need of attention . They tended to the issue quickly with a temporary fix following up with a permanent solution. In less than a week everything was fixed and at a very reasonable price for the work

This is my first time ever leaving a review for anything so this says a lot about the service I got here. I drove into MA from NYC on Tuesday night. My front bumper has been hanging on with duct tape for the past few weeks and on the drive here it finally came apart. I called a few different auto body shops on Wednesday morning and couldn't even get my car seen until the following week, assuming due to it being the day after fourth of July. I'd never heard of it but gave Lav's a call because it was close to my sister's house. I told them my situation, that I was completely unaware of what really needed to be fixed on my car, and that I had to be back in the city on Saturday and asked if anything was possible to make that happen. They told me to bring the car in immediately. It turns out the front bumper needed to be completely replaced along with one of my headlights, and both wheel wells. They immediately got to work on ordering the parts and matching the paint. I left my car there and got a call on Friday evening that my car was all set and ready to be picked up! I couldn't believe how kind the team was and accommodating to my situation. I am beyond grateful that I found this place and will be directing everybody that needs work done here.
