Taken a few minutes even before my appointment Tammy was excellent very experienced nurse hardly felt the needle at all. Great personality and easy to talk to made it a calming experience. Would definitely go to this location again.”

“This is the only lab I want to go to - I drive 30 minutes to get there because of the amazing service they provide!! They do everything to make me feel comfortable - every worker I’ve met has been friendly, warm and welcoming! Kind, considerate, compassionate and understanding! Not to mention every single phlebotomist has been completely stellar and ensures I feel *nothing*!! As someone who is desperately afraid of needles, I really do look forward to my visits there! (And I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen, but when I do wait even a few minutes it’s because they are busy and *caring* for their patients - ensuring we are all so well taken care of is worth ANY wait!!) ?????”

“When I was looking for pediatricians I was skeptical of Tri River because of the reviews, I come here for my own care and it is the most convenient location for us so I decided to give them a chance with my newborn. I have to say now my son is 9mo old and I can't recommend Dr. Cain and all the staff at Tri River more. My son is in daycare so gets sick a lot and they always call back quickly or answer the portal and if needed he is seen usually same day. I am grateful that everyone cares and has been wonderful every time my son has needed to be seen!”
