Walked in during business hours I asked if they could check for strep throat as it was apparent I had it. The guy said they were done for the day and walked awayChange your hours if you can see clients at 630.The process to check for strep and write a script took 15 maybe 20min previously at another cvs location

After noticing a 3 hr wait time Friday, I decided to hold off until first thing Saturday morning and showed up early. A. McLaughlin took me right in, as there was no one else waiting, and she was attentive and caring.

Was in a pinch to be seen last week dealing with a cough and sore throat. The doctor and nurse were both SO nice! They went above and beyond and took the time to actually listen to what I was dealing with. I was also able to get my prescriptions sent to my own local pharmacy and they were filled within 20 min. Great experience.

Got my Rapid antigen Covid test for travel here, prior to test, I received a call from a Minute Clinic to ask a question about my insurance. During that call I was told that I would get a text msg with a code to access results. I asked to also have an email pdf sent and was told that she would also.The same person phoned after my test with my negative result and I was assured that I would get result and again she told me I’d get texted code shortly. I never got the text or the email and spent literally hours trying to reach someone to help me, as I was flying the next day. Finally reached a representative in the morning-she was extremely helpful, walked me through everything. I made my flight, but I’m extremely disappointed with MinuteClinic.

When I got to the clinic, the dr. Wouldn't see me because I didn't go on line to make an appointment. l was the only person there,but she said I had to go on line and she told me to not hangout around her door and she shut the door in my face! The pharmacy was no help. They knew nothing about seeing the dr. I finally left and went to my own dr. They lost my business!

Received excellent care here, very happy. I would recommend that some CVS store employees be trained to assist the NP with health histories and paperwork at busy times. It literally took 3 minutes to treat me, and about 20 minutes for paperwork!

I had a great visit recently to the a Minute Clinic in Manhattan. I was there for work and needed to get back to my trade show. I got to the clinic, they took me right away and I had a great experience. The problem is after the fact. I only want a copy of my receipt for insurance and the Minute Clinic phone lines have dumped my call twice. Now I have been on hold for 26 minutes. This is terrible customer support!

The last time I visited this location I had a mediocre experience with a male doctor so I was hesitant at first to come back, but I was overall very impressed with this NP's bedside manner, the help that she offered for me, and the fact that she listened to what I had to say first before making any decisions. Thank you to A. McLaughlin for taking care of me in a fast, professional manner! I would definitely return for future issues if I could have her every time.

Super nice NPs. Always professional and very friendly. My only issue is the scheduling system. It gives you a time that off so you’re either early or late.
