“I stopped in yesterday to drop off a package which required a bit of assistance. I was reluctant to go in as I knew it would be a problem. I am not sure who the little lady is that works in the Milford office but she was absolutely amazing, efficient and figured out the problem and assisted me through the end. She knew what she was doing! I walked out 5 minutes later amazed at this woman! Thank you so so much! And just for reference, we ordered business cards two weeks ago and it took 3 trips (not Milford) to finally receive our order. Staff always friendly but always seems to be faced with challenges that carry into the customer experience...”

“Reached out to Think Local by local recommendation. Needed some work shirts made up. Called one afternoon and sent a formal request via the website (extremely easy to put in details/logo).
Couple of days later I had a mock design sent over in which I approved with one question asked back. They responded within 20 minutes to my question and we were off! Less than two week turnaround on my shirts and I got an email stating they were ready. I swung by that afternoon & picked them up and the quality has been great. I ordered 15 shirts and it was exactly what I wanted. These guys are quick, efficient, and extremely communicative! Emails and phone calls whenver they need something and they turn the product around extremely quick. Will be submitting another order within the next few weeks with the weather starting to cool off - but they've got a customer for life with me! Extremely happy with this company and will recommend to anyone that has a need they can fulfill!
