I never received my health insurance bill from November so it’s over 2 weeks late and if I hadn’t thought about it, it would’ve been cancelled. I ordered a package and never saw it. When I called they weren’t helpful at all and did not go any extra steps to help me locate my package. I wish I had the option to never use this usps again

My mailman is the most worthless man ever. EVER. He's been working my neighborhood for YEARS, & he lost THREE of my packages this month alone. I'm lucky that a lot of the time my neighbors (& I) drop his many, MANY mistakes off ourselves, but that doesn't always happen, & then I'm SoL. He's lazy asf & would rather try to cram a package in the mailbox instead of waddling allll the way up my 10 feet of driveway to drop it off, so I'm left trying to wrestle it out of the smaller other end, scraping my knuckle & trying to break the box down INSIDE to get it out. Calling Karen does NOTHING, I've complained a dozen times. Talking to Boston doesn't either. Once you have a federal job, you can make whatever mistakes you want, be as slothful & useless & disrespectful to us as you want, you'll never get fired. I have MDS - mailman derangement syndrome. Oh, & yeah, Paul at the actual post office is a condescending pr**k.

Will never go here again! The guy at the counter is beyond rude. If you ask any questions, you'll get treated like an old piece of gum on the sidewalk. Absolutely despicable.

Needed to ship a glass jar. Without asking the contents of the package Paul tells me to hit the red button(saying not fragile) I read it and say no it's glass it's the green button. Literally told me "If it breaks, it breaks". He couldnt be bothered to take care with a package. I took my package up the street instead with no issues.
