Like an old fashioned vet office...caring and made room for a sick visit when needed. We're new here....but so far have been impressed.

Not going anymore miss diagnosed too many times. They have all this high tech equipment and did not use it. My baby died. We have a new family member now and are going to the Uxbridge Animal Hospital. We went in for a problem and they immediately took an x-ray and correctly diagnosed her and she is in perfect health now. They go above and beyond and I trust them with my babies life. Do NOT trust VCA with your babies life. They are a chain franchise vet. We will never go to them again. Not after 3 missed diagnoses and a death.....

I have had nothing but a positive experience with the staff. Every vet and vet tech that I have worked with has been attentive, supportive, and most importantly invested in helping my pet. They are amazing.

I’ve always been the person to shut my mouth even when I shouldn’t. I was so upset with this place I walked out on them. First they were late to his appointment second my dog has really bad anxiety with the vet which they are very much aware of. They wanted him to take fear free meds which require to be taken 3-4 hours before visit which required me to take the day off work. When they finally came in, it felt very rushed and all they wanted was there money. Obviously my dog was nervous and you need to give him time to adjust but they muzzled him right away then came up from behind him to listen to his heart. He jumped and growled so the vet refused to take care of him (even though he has a muzzle on) I’m not a vet but to me you don’t go from behind a scared dog and she said I’d have to come back and might even have to put him under for his visits from here on out which is insane. he’s never had this issue before. She just didn’t take her time with him. I took the day off work for this appointment and they basically tell me sorry I can’t handle my job. I walked out and called about 20 minutes later asking to transfer his files to another vet they said okay. Over the weekend I brought him to the vet (he was not on fear free meds) they worked with him and made sure he felt comfortable and gave him time to adjust and we were successful with giving him the treatment he needed and again that was with absolutely no medication in his system to calm him down. I’m even more angry because this place told me they transferred his files to them and never did. Most unprofessional place I’ve been too. All they want is your money. My entire family has transferred out due to the unprofessionalism.

At first it was challenging to get appointments, wait time was long but I'd like to blame that on the pandemic. At times communication lacked but I saw a complete turn around once speaking up. Two specific circumstances I found are worth the review. At the time, our 5 year old dog had a tooth cleaning, and an extraction of 1 tooth that turned to 7. In recovery he had an episode that he had to be resuscitated, they were able to save him, stabilize with a normal life. For that I'll forever be thankful. Our 12 year old dog, had a tumor on his leg. They removed it successfully but with the location of it, we had to go back 2x a week to get a check up and cast rewrapped. They staff was very accommodating, they made special pictures to dress up his cast, and helped a very anxious dog feel more comfortable at his now regular visits. A week after surgery, another tumor formed and ruptured near his cast. They took us immediately, treated him, took tests follow ups 3-4x a week for about a month. They found he has a high grade tumor.I can't say enough the love and compassion dr Cronin and her team gave both our dogs. They took their time, were thorough to review all possible concerns, at some points had 2 doctors in the room, 2 techs. As much as we were visiting, they were able to help work with our work schedules, send pictures with updates, emails, phone calls. Big THANK YOU to them!

We are Blessed to have found such a wonderful Veterinary Office to work with. Where we are cared for as Family. Our pets are treated with love and provided expert care. We appreciate participating in the "Care Club Program". It has been a tremendous value. Our new babies are now fully vaccinated, microchiped, spade, and nutered.Warmest Thanks, Bubba and Bella

The doctors there do not know what they are doing. Went on a physical and got a clean bill of health. Said my baby was in great health. Died the next day!
