They should have a friendlier person in the paint department. They have a bald guy who's grumpy, gives terrible customer service, and is as stubborn as a mule.

This is what used to be called a "mom and pop" hardware store. It's small, by Home Depot standards, but it has an amazing inventory and enough people actually interested in helping you. If you live in the community and have a need for some piece of hardware, a tool, or fixture of some kind...come here first. If they don't have it, fine, hitch up your dog sled and go to Home Depot. But start here first. The town is worth it and so are the people who run this little jewel of a company ou!

Had a purchase that was defective that I only found out about later. Not only did the store use the value of my purchase for another similar item, but they also explained what I needed to get going on my DIY project. It’s refreshing to see brick and motor stores with such good knowledgeable help!
