“I’ve trusted A/C Auto with my vehicle for over three years, and they continue to exceed my expectations every single time. The team is professional, honest, and truly cares about their customers. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers consistent quality and great service, but A/C Auto does exactly that. Huge thank you to the entire team—you’ve earned my loyalty. Highly recommended, and make sure to follow them on TikTok as well.”

“Got four tires put on, had them balanced and aligned. Was able to book an appointment 2 days after the initial call. They did a good job and to take pride in their work. I appreciate how they like to check their work after you drive 50 mi. No nonsense, no sales pitches and decent prices (with no hidden fees)”

“Elite Auto Service in Wakefield absolutely deserves 5 stars! Mike is truly awesome—genuine, sincere, and you can immediately tell he cares deeply about his work and his reputation. He’s incredibly transparent and always does what’s best for his customers. This was my first time bringing my AMG here, and I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone in the auto industry who is this honest, knowledgeable, and committed to doing things the right way. I will absolutely continue to trust Mike with all future services and repairs. Thanks again, Mike—you’re awesome and run a truly honest, reliable business!”

“Have been coming here for years. I also make a living In the trades.. this guy is my most highly recommended mechanic in the area. I self maintain my car as a hobby and have watched racing my whole life.. I’ve had many mechanics try to get one over on me assuming I’m as dumb as I look. This is the only one who’s ever consistently saved me money. My previous shop tried to tell me I needed new brakes on both axels. Although the front pads were worn, I knew the rear pads were more than sufficient. Next oil change I brought the vehicle here and he confirmed the brakes had plenty of life left. When you do good work, you typically don’t need to lie to stay busy. This shop is worth scheduling an appointment for.”

“I had a great experience at this shop. They repaired and painted the front end of my car, and they did an amazing job. My car looks brand new! The customer service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I also really appreciate that they speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which makes communication much easier. I highly recommend this place if you need body work or painting done. I would definitely come back!”

“Arranged a PPI with quality volvo through a local dealer (we live across the country). Justin did a great job and gave us a report on brakes, body condition, stored codes, etc. We ended up buying the car and it arrived in the exact condition he found, no surprises. thank you!”

“General service and also more complicated work.Mike and Tom have been my mechanics for since the eighties, and their dad before that. They have never overcharged me, especially when compared to a dealer. The work is always finished when they said it be. They provide a loaner (usually a well worn beamer) and only request I gas it up if I add significant mileage. Car repairs are most always pricey, it's the just the nature of the business. If you think they were out of line just try a dealer. I sometimes Google repair prices if I'm curious about what a repair is going to 'up there' but these goys have never been out of line. I don't bother to look up prices anymore, my '16 350 has 94k miles and stuff happens with age and miles. I like the car, they keep it going and bring it to John's when the car breaks.Five stars to Tom and Mike.”

“I stopped by for a quote and the quote was sent to my email by the time I got home, within the hour. The estimated turnaround time was going to be 4-5 business days to fix the scratch/dent to my car from my accident. They were done in 2.5 business days and did a phenomenal job, looks as good as new. They vacuumed the inside of my car too which was quite nice. Price is reasonable compared to other places and was charged exactly the amount I was quoted. Would highly recommend!”

“Brought my jeep in to have a rear differential seal repaired. The owner is a genuine person who took the time to make sure it was done right. From what can tell it is a 2nd generation owned family business. You can tell they care about doing right by their customers. I just happened to walk in as I work right next door and I'm glad I did. I will certainly be taking my Jeep back.”

“My first visit to Auto-Thentic resulted from an issue with my headlights. They did a great job getting everything working and explained the details of their work well. I then put my car in with them for an extensive 125,000 mile maintenance (fluids, filters, etc.) and rear brakes. Again, they analyzed the job and checked in with me before working through several issues. I look forward to establishing a relationship with this excellent business. High marks all around.”

“I was looking for a used car and they located one in excellent condition. I got a pristine Cadillac Deville that looks and runs like new for under $10,000.00 I almost feel bad for the poor guy who paid $50,000.00 for it new. :) The service was honest and fair.”

“We have a car repair shop in Watertown and have been buying from Gem auto for many years. They give the best prices, service, and super fast delivery. I deal with Victor usually on the phone and he is very knowledgeable about what he is selling. Jessie and his family run a business at a time where it is very competitive and they somehow get it done perfectly. They stand by their parts and when necessary they return and warranty without hassle.”

“Such a great shop. My elderly mother is a frequent customer due to her car being a piece of crap, and Paul has been so, so wonderful to her. He has been so polite, helpful, and has gone out of his way multiple times to do what he can to keep her on the road. I am so appreciative of the way Newcomb's has treated my mother. She has (finally) moved on to a much better car but we'll always use this shop for our auto needs. I can't recommend them enough.”

“It's been a decade since I've lived in the Wakefield area, but there's a reason somebody like me would drive from as far away as Leicester for WAC's services.Regardless of whether your vehicles issues are electrical, electronic, mechanical, or all of the above, you couldn't ask for a better technician than Joe.Also, Susan, who takes care of admin duties runs a pretty tight ship, and provides excellent customer service. If I could give them ten stars, I would...”

“Edit 11/8/25 I sent an email to the general manager on Tuesday. Within 5 minutes he answered me and had the issue rectified by Friday. He was very nice and is trying to bring the customer service level up . Thank you very much Paul Barton Nick in sales was wonderful. But absolutely do not trust the finance manager Jon Warren. After I signed the paperwork he redid my loan and signed my name on it without my knowledge or consent. The interest rate went up by 2%. I ended up refinancing through another company and have been fighting with him since trying to get a refund for the extended warranty and tire warranty. Not very good customer service or satisfaction”

“Freddie (current owner) and his team repaired my car (a Subaru Ascent SUV) after a moderate accident where the hood, bumper, headlights, and most everything on the front of the car had to be fixed. Auto Annex arranged for my rental, drove me to the rental office, and kept me updated on the repair process. When I received my car back after three weeks, the car looked and drove as good as new. Even scratches from prior to the accident were buffed out (with no impact on the agreed upon price). I don't want another accident but if I do, I trust Auto Annex with my car.”
Fix Auto USA opened its 200th location in Palm Desert South, California, Body Shop Business reported. An impressive achievement for the company started just over a decade ago. "I'm honored to be the 200th Fix Auto USA location," said Arroyo. "I joined the network in 2014 and haven't looked back. This network has given me so much, and I can't wait to continue building my business and representing the brand."
