“Our first service experience for our 2016 Acura MDX was excellent. Scheduling the appointment was simple, they stayed on time, and our vehicle was ready when promised. The pricing was significantly lower than the dealer’s quote for the same repairs. We’ll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend them.”

“I had a great experience with this car painting and body shop. The body work and paint job were excellent, and the staff was professional, friendly, and great to work with. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and my car was ready within a week (They assisting with the insurance claim). I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the service I received. Highly recommend!”

“There are two things I really hate to deal with, car salesmen and mechanics. I never really know when I’m being screwed over. I had some work done on my car at another mechanic, but I still wasn’t satisfied and felt I may have been being overcharged so I found Certified Automotive Solutions on Google, just to have them take a look to see if I could get a better price on the work that still needed to be done. Brendan is who I spoke with and he explained the issues and exactly what needs to be done immediately, and other thing that weren’t urgent but should be done in the near future. He worked with me to figure out what worked best for me at this time and what could be done for the quoted price. He express what seemed like real concern for giving my car back as safe as possible. The work was done pretty quick, within two days and when I went to pick it up, he even showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and why. He made something I hate, much more bearable this time around, which I really appreciate.”

“Great shop and great guys working there. I woke up this morning with a flat tire. Drove to another tire shop that opened at 7:30 and was the first person in the door. They said they couldn't look at it until 1 pm. At the time I was assuming this was a simple plug, a 15 minute job. I couldn't wait so I drove down the street to Certified. I arrived 20 minutes before they open but the gentleman at the front counter said he'd throw it on a lift and a tech could have a look at 8 when they got in. They discovered it was a loose valve core. They never even had to take the tire off. Tightened it up for me and I was out the door before 8:30. When I went to pay they told me to keep my money since it was such a simple repair. Their tech even brought me into the shop to show me what was going on. Great shop I will definitely return to. Go here with confidence, good people doing good business.”

“Mike has been my mechanic for 30+ yrs. Every time I have a problem he diagnoses it and fixes it. He is honest and won’t fix something that isn’t broken. If you need a mechanic you can trust to keep you and your family safe and will always give you a fair price he is your guy!!”

“Superb! Emerson and his team are amazing. I took my Honda Odyssey in for service along with a few other items. Emerson was super responsive, honest and the work was done quickly and well. On top of that he found an issue I had actually screwed up trying some diy maintenance and addressed that as well. I highly recommend Emerson and his team. Thank you again guys! Nick”
